食物是为肚腹；肚腹是为食物；但神要叫这两样都废坏。身子不是为淫乱，乃是为主；主也是为身子。6:13Food is for the stomach and the stomach is for food, but God will do away with both of them. Yet the body is not for immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord is for the body.6:14并且神已经叫主复活，也要用自己的能力叫我们复活。6:14Now God has not only raised the Lord, but will also raise us up through His power.6:15岂不知你们的身子是基督的肢体吗？我可以将基督的肢体作为娼妓的肢体吗？断乎不可！6:15Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take away the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be!
6:16岂不知与娼妓联合的，便是与她成为一体吗？因为主说：“二人要成为一体。”6:16Or do you not know that the one who joins himself to a prostitute is one body {with her?} For He says, "THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH."6:17但与主联合的，便是与主成为一灵。6:17But the one who joins himself to the Lord is one spirit {with Him.}（哥林多前书(1Corinthians)）
善有善报，恶有恶报，若有不报，时辰未到。善良可以吸引好的能量，恶毒招来消极的能量，求善等于求神，神就是善的来源，只要亲近神就能得到喜乐。
不要自欺，神是轻慢不得的；人种的是什么，收的也是什么。6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap.6:8 顺着情欲撒种的，必从情欲收败坏；顺着圣灵撒种的，必从圣灵收永生。6:8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.6:9 我们行善，不可丧志；若不灰心，到了时候就要收成。6:9 Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.6:10所以有了机会，就当向众人行善，向信徒一家的人更当这样。6:10So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.（加拉太书(Galatians)）

体贴肉体的，就是死；体贴圣灵的，乃是生命、平安。8:6 For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace,8:7 原来体贴肉体的，就是与神为仇；因为不服神的律法，也是不能服。8:7 because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able {to do so,}8:8 而且属肉体的人不能得神的喜欢。8:8 and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
8:9 如果神的灵住在你们心里，你们就不属肉体，乃属圣灵了。人若没有基督的灵，就不是属基督的。8:9 However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.8:10基督若在你们心里，身体就因罪而死，心灵却因义而活。8:10If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness.8:11然而叫耶稣从死里复活者的灵，若住在你们心里，那叫基督耶稣从死里复活的，也必藉着住在你们心里的圣灵，使你们必死的身体又活过来。8:11But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.（罗马书(Romans)）
圣灵所结的果子就是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、5:22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,5:23温柔、节制。这样的事，没有律法禁止。5:23gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.5:24凡属基督耶稣的人，是已经把肉体连肉体的邪情私欲，同钉在十字架上了。5:24Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.5:25我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事。5:25If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.5:26不要贪图虚名，彼此惹气，互相嫉妒。5:26Let us not become boastful, challenging one another, envying one another.（加拉太书(Galatians)）
经上说：“ 神阻挡骄傲的人，赐恩给谦卑的人。”4:6 But He gives a greater grace. Therefore {it} says, "GOD IS OPPOSED TO THE PROUD, BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE."4:7 故此，你们要顺服神。务要抵挡魔鬼，魔鬼就必离开你们逃跑了。4:7 Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.4:8 你们亲近神，神就必亲近你们。有罪的人哪，要洁净你们的手！心怀二意的人哪，要清洁你们的心！雅各书(James) 4:8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.（雅各书(James)）
人不能集中精神，脑力不好，记忆力衰退，除了可能是睡眠不足外，主要的原因是心浮意躁，心里不安定才会乱了阵脚，所以人要放慢生活步调，修身养性、保持心情愉快、多接触大自然、放松心情、陶冶性情，培养一些兴趣，就比如阅读、练书法、下棋、听歌、画画、唱歌、打球、旅行、看电影等，要真正投入其中，学习爱自己多一些，尽量向上/善学习，
除此之外也应该常常保持平静/冷静，最好是临危不乱，这样才能成就大事。还有，最重要是应该保持积极的心态、保有一颗感恩的心、排除消极的思想，才能拥有智慧的亮光。这不是容易的事，这是需要不停地祈祷，不断地接近神，才能达到的境界，要知道神无时无刻与我们同在，我们接近神，神就接近我们，只要我们相信。我们需要有这个信心。
人可以自信但不要自大，可以谦卑但不要自卑。
“不要为自己积攒财宝在地上，地上有虫子咬，能锈坏，也有贼挖窟窿来偷；6:19 "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.6:20 只要积攒财宝在天上，天上没有虫子咬，不能锈坏，也没有贼挖窟窿来偷；6:20 "But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; 因为你的财宝在哪里，你的心也在哪里。6:21 for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.(马太福音(Matthew)6:21)
