如何放松?How to relax? —Acupressure 指压疗法

按指甲旁边对放松心情/减轻压力很有帮助,可以活化副交感神经,方法是按十秒,停一下,然后再按,可以治疗头疼、胃痛、失眠、提高免疫力,还有很多其它的好处,可以治疗很多其它的疾病,不过不要按无名指旁边,因为会刺激交感神经,造成紧张。

Press the two side of each nail (except ring finger) can reduce tension, help to relax ourselves, heal headache, stomachache, strengthen our immune system, cure other illnesses as well and have other benefits to our health. The method is press once for 10 seconds and then release it, then press again, continue for some times.
