肯定自己

首先必须认识自己，寻找自己，然后肯定自己。必须寻找问题的根源所在。情绪的问题是可以通过祷告解决的。

尝试明白，去了解、常常感恩、饥渴慕义的人必得饱足、怜恤人的必蒙怜恤、哀恸的人必得安慰。你们亲近神，神就亲近你们。疲乏的祂赐能力，软弱的祂加力量。

因上帝的灵居住在每个信徒身上，是能力、爱與自制力的源头。对于信靠主的人，上帝总是在一旁预备好要給他們带來勇气。

如果你累就休息吧！不要弄坏身子，伤害心灵。因为神说：你们要休息，要知道我是神；我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。46:10 "Cease {striving} and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."

万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的神是我们的避难所。46:11 The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah.（诗篇(Psalm)）

神把一切不可能变为可能。我靠着那加给我力量的，凡事都能作。4:13 I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.（腓立比书(Philippians)）
