惟喜爱耶和华的律法，昼夜思想，这人便为有福。1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night.（诗篇(Psalm)）
神所差来的，就说神的话；因为神赐圣灵给他，是没有限量的。3:34 "For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for He gives the Spirit without measure.（约翰福音(John)）
敬畏耶和华心存谦卑，就得富有、尊荣、生命为赏赐。22:4 The reward of humility {and} the fear of the LORD Are riches, honor and life.（箴言(Proverbs)）
敬畏耶和华的，得着生命，他必恒久知足，不遭祸患。19:23 The fear of the LORD {leads} to life, So that one may sleep satisfied, untouched by evil.（箴言(Proverbs)）
行动正直的，敬畏耶和华；行事乖僻的，却藐视他。14:2 He who walks in his uprightness fears the LORD, But he who is devious in his ways despises Him.
愚妄人口中骄傲，如杖责打己身；智慧人的嘴，必保守自己。14:3 In the mouth of the foolish is a rod for {his} back, But the lips of the wise will protect them.（箴言(Proverbs)）
凡事都有定期，天下万务都有定时：3:1 There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven--
生有时，死有时；栽种有时，拔出所栽种的也有时；3:2 A time to give birth and a time to die; A time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted.
杀戮有时，医治有时；拆毁有时，建造有时；3:3 A time to kill and a time to heal; A time to tear down and a time to build up.
哭有时，笑有时；哀恸有时，跳舞有时；3:4 A time to weep and a time to laugh; A time to mourn and a time to dance.
这样看来，作事的人在他的劳碌上有什么益处呢？3:9 What profit is there to the worker from that in which he toils?
我见神叫世人劳苦，使他们在其中受经练。3:10 I have seen the task which God has given the sons of men with which to occupy themselves.
神造万物，各按其时成为美好；又将永生安置在世人心里(“永生”原文作“永远”)。然而神从始至终的作为，人不能参透。
