我不是破坏佛教，我以前也信佛，而且每天吃斋、烧香、拜佛、念经、打坐、冥想，可是我觉得都没有帮助，因为越信它我的思想越乱。后来我透过一个好朋友的介绍去布道会才信了主，之后情况也没有好转，(我曾经患上忧郁症), 可是经过漫长的努力，大概二十多年的时间，每天接近神、看基督教的信息、祷告、赞美高举神、唱诗歌敬拜神、读圣经，结果就慢慢好了。

所以我也希望你们得到福音的好处，因为神就是爱，祂给我们的恩典是绵绵不绝的，而且永不改变，祂就是永恒的神，这样祂才可以给我们永生，我们就不致灭亡。神需要我们信祂，祂才能帮到我们。

因有一婴孩为我们而生；有一子赐给我们。政权必担在他的肩头上；他名称为“奇妙策士、全能的神、永在的父、和平的君”。(以赛亚书9:6 和合本)

For a child will be born for us,a son will be given to us, and the government will be on His shoulders. He will be named Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah9:6 HCSB)

神阻挡骄傲的人，赐恩给谦卑的人。故此，你们要顺服神。务要抵挡魔鬼，魔鬼就必离开你们逃跑了。 你们亲近神，神就必亲近你们。有罪的人哪，要洁净你们的手！心怀二意的人哪，要清洁你们的心！ (雅各书4:6-8 和合本)

But He gives greater grace. Therefore He says:God resists the proud,but gives grace to the humble. Therefore, submit to God. But resist the Devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners, and purify your hearts, double-minded people! （James4:6-8 HCSB)
