身体是圣灵的 Temple of Holy Spirit

人看不到魔鬼或听不到它是因为被它蒙蔽了双眼，被它捂住耳朵了。魔鬼不要让我们看到真理，就用谎言千方百计地欺骗我们，让我们上当又犯罪。

属灵的战争是一辈子的事，每天我们都要问自己，到底我们的大脑想的是什么？是积极的思想还是消极的，如果我们不去留意就会失守。我们必须选择积极的思想，摒弃消极的思想，无论面对什么人，遇到什么事，关于这点我们可以祷告，把思想交托给上帝，让祂来掌管。圣经有说：你要保守你心，胜过保守一切（或作“你要切切保守你心”），因为一生的果效，是由心发出。4:23 Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it flow the springs of life.4:24 你要除掉邪僻的口，弃绝乖谬的嘴。4:24 Put away from you a deceitful mouth And put devious speech far from you.

你的眼目要向前正看，你的眼睛（原文作“皮”）当向前直观。4:25 Let your eyes look directly ahead And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you.4:26 要修平你脚下的路，坚定你一切的道，4:26 Watch the path of your feet And all your ways will be established.4:27 不可偏向左右，要使你的脚离开邪恶。4:27 Do not turn to the right nor to the left; Turn your foot from evil. （箴言(Proverbs) ）

你们要将一切的忧虑卸给神，因为他顾念你们。5:7 casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.5:8 务要谨守、警醒，因为你们的仇敌魔鬼，如同吼叫的狮子，遍地游行，寻找可吞吃的人。5:8 Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.5:9 你们要用坚固的信心抵挡它，因为知道你们在世上的众弟兄也是经历这样的苦难。5:9 But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world.

那赐诸般恩典的神曾在基督里召你们，得享他永远的荣耀，等你们暂受苦难之后，必要亲自成全你们，坚固你们，赐力量给你们。5:10 After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you. 彼得前书(1 Peter) ）

我们的身体是圣灵的殿，心灵也是。所以我们要让圣灵充满，不要让邪灵干扰（有机可乘），不要听信撒旦/魔鬼的谎言，要这么做就必须常常读圣经，用神的话充满我们的头脑（灵修），不要让自己有犯罪/错的机会。

人在没有事情发生或挑战时是看不出一个人的品格的，当环境的考验来临时就可以知道这个人是如何应对，行为怎样，有没有信靠神。小罪如贪心、自私、骄傲、自大、嫉妒、说谎、恼怒、怀恨也是罪，所以不要以为只有杀人放火才是罪。天堂是圣洁的地方，是容不下任何的罪恶的，人只有信了耶稣才没有罪，只有主耶稣的宝血才可以洗净我们的罪（耶稣已经代替我们成为罪），当然首先我们也必须要认罪悔改。

你的话是我脚前的灯，是我路上的光。119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path. （诗篇(Psalm) 119:105）

不从恶人的计谋，不站罪人的道路，不坐亵慢人的座位，1:1 How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers!1:2 惟喜爱耶和华的律法，昼夜思想，这人便为有福。1:2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night.

他要像一棵树栽在溪水旁，按时候结果子，叶子也不枯干。凡他所作的尽都顺利。1:3 He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, Which yields its fruit in its season And its leaf does not wither; And in whatever he does, he prospers.1:6

因为耶和华知道义人的道路，恶人的道路却必灭亡。1:6 For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the wicked will perish. （诗篇(Psalm) ）

你们是属神的，并且胜了他们，因为那在你们里面的，比那在世界上的更大。4:4 You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.4:6 我们是属神的，认识神的就听从我们；不属神的，就不听从我们。从此我们可以认出真理的灵和谬妄的灵来。4:6 We are from God; he who knows God listens to us; he who is not from God does not listen to us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.4:7 我们应当彼此相爱，因为爱是从神来的。凡有爱心的，都是由神而生，并且认识神。4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.

没有爱心的，就不认识神，因为神就是爱。4:8 The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.4:12 从来没有人见过神。我们若彼此相爱，神就住在我们里面，爱他的心在我们里面得以完全了。4:12 No one has seen God at any time; if we love one another, God abides in us, and His love is perfected in us.4:13 神将他的灵赐给我们，从此就知道我们是住在他里面，他也住在我们里面。4:13 By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.4:15 凡认耶稣为神儿子的，神就住在他里面，他也住在神里面。4:15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.

这样，爱在我们里面得以完全，我们就可以在审判的日子坦然无惧。因为他如何，我们在这世上也如何。4:17 By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, so also are we in this world.4:18 爱里没有惧怕；爱既完全，就把惧怕除去，因为惧怕里含着刑罚，惧怕的人在爱里未得完全。4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love.4:19 我们爱，因为神先爱我们。4:19 We love, because He first loved us.4:20 人若说，“我爱神”，却恨他的弟兄，就是说谎话的；不爱他所看见的弟兄，就不能爱没有看见的神（有古卷作“怎能爱没有看见的神呢？”）。4:20 If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for the one who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen.4:21 爱神的，也当爱弟兄，这是我们从神所受的命令。4:21 And this commandment we have from Him, that the one who loves God should love his brother also. （约翰一书(1 John) ）
