你们若真与基督一同复活，就当求在上面的事，那里有基督坐在神的右边。3:1 Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.3:2 你们要思念上面的事，不要思念地上的事。3:2 Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.3:3 因为你们已经死了，你们的生命与基督一同藏在神里面。3:3 For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God.3:4 基督是我们的生命，他显现的时候，你们也要与他一同显现在荣耀里。3:4 When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.
要治死你们在地上的肢体，就如淫乱、污秽、邪情、恶欲和贪婪，贪婪就与拜偶像一样。3:5 Therefore consider the members of your earthly body as dead to immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry.3:6 因这些事，神的忿怒必临到那悖逆之子。3:6 For it is because of these things that the wrath of God will come(Two early mss do not contain upon the sons of disobedience) upon the sons of disobedience,3:7 当你们在这些事中活着的时候，也曾这样行过。3:7 and in them you also once walked, when you were living in them.
现在你们要弃绝这一切的事，以及恼恨、忿怒、恶毒（或作“阴毒”）、毁谤，并口中污秽的言语。3:8 But now you also, put them all aside: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and abusive speech from your mouth.3:9 不要彼此说谎，因你们已经脱去旧人和旧人的行为，3:9 Do not lie to one another, since you laid aside the old self with its evil practices,3:10 穿上了新人，这新人在知识上渐渐更新，正如造他主的形像。3:10 and have put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him—（歌罗西书(Colossians)）
谦卑的人有智慧，诚实的人懂得真理，有辩论的能力，因为真理可以带来自由。上帝只会帮助寻求祂（谦卑和诚实）的人，就如圣经上写：“你们祈求，就给你们；寻找，就寻见；叩门，就给你们开门。7:7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. （马太福音(Matthew)）
撒旦/魔鬼是消极的（凶残的），它说的话我们不要听；神的话/圣经的话是积极的（充满爱的），所以我们要听，因为对我们有帮助，只要我们清楚这点就可以战胜世界，迈向成功。神能将一切不好的事转变成好的结局，苦难是化了妆的祝福。
当我们认罪悔改并接受救主耶稣时，圣灵就住进我们的内心，掌管我们的心，改善我们的行为，使我们的行为越来越好，可以为主做见证，让别人的灵魂也能得救。
我们要悔改，不要学魔鬼一样撒谎和骄傲，这样我们才能得救。撒旦/魔鬼的下场是被丢进火湖，谁喜欢听从它的话的也和它一起下地狱，因为人离开神的结局就是死（灵魂的死，第二次的死）。我们要有耐心，放慢速度，不要烦躁，静思生力（冷静思考，产生力量），反复思量，努力不懈、持之以恒，就能达到目的。
你们要先求他的国和他的义，这些东西都要加给你们了。6:33 But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.6:34 所以，不要为明天忧虑，因为明天自有明天的忧虑；一天的难处一天当就够了。”6:34 “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.（马太福音(Matthew)）
你若遇见困难，可以放胆求上帝的帮助，因为上帝亲口说：“在患难之日求告我，我必搭救你。”（诗五十：15）神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时都可得到的帮助。（诗篇46:1）
佛教是哲学，基督是真理。佛教做的是给人看，基督徒是为耶穌基督。佛教徒教导是讲到做不到，因为没有圣灵在内心，所以他们都是虚空。
佛教教人行善是好的，但是佛教只是一种教导，不是救恩，不能拯救灵魂。人都是有罪的，无法自救，只有耶稣的宝血可以拯救灵魂，帮神从魔鬼手中抢我们的灵魂回来，不让魔鬼带我们下火狱。因为只有耶稣是圣洁无罪的，才有资格替我们赎罪。
