谦卑寻求 Seek it humbly

我们晓得万事都互相效力，叫爱神的人得益处，就是按他旨意被召的人。8:28And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to {His} purpose.（罗马书(Romans)）

然而，属血气的人不领会神圣灵的事，反倒以为愚拙，并且不能知道；因为这些事惟有属灵的人才能看透。2:14But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised.2:15属灵的人能看透万事，却没有一人能看透了他。2:15But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no one.（哥林多前书(1Corinthians)）

因神的愚拙总比人智慧；神的软弱总比人强壮。1:25Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.1:27神却拣选了世上愚拙的，叫有智慧的羞愧；又拣选了世上软弱的，叫那强壮的羞愧。1:27but God has chosen the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to shame the things which are strong,1:28神也拣选了世上卑贱的，被人厌恶的，以及那无有的，为要废掉那有的；1:28and the base things of the world and the despised God has chosen, the things that are not, so that He may nullify the things that are,

使一切有血气的，在神面前一个也不能自夸。1:29so that no man may boast before God.1:30但你们得在基督耶稣里是本乎神，神又使他成为我们的智慧、公义、圣洁、救赎。1:30But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption,1:31如经上所记：“夸口的，当指着主夸口。”1:31so that, just as it is written, "LET HIM WHO BOASTS, BOAST IN THE LORD."（哥林多前书(1Corinthians)）

我的心必因耶和华夸耀；谦卑人听见，就要喜乐。34:2 My soul will make its boast in the LORD; The humble will hear it and rejoice.34:3 你们和我当称耶和华为大，一同高举他的名。34:3 O magnify the LORD with me, And let us exalt His name together.

我曾寻求耶和华，他就应允我，救我脱离了一切的恐惧。34:4 I sought the LORD, and He answered me, And delivered me from all my fears.34:5 凡仰望他的，便有光荣；他们的脸，必不蒙羞。34:5 They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces will never be ashamed.

我这困苦人呼求，耶和华便垂听，救我脱离一切患难。34:6 This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him And saved him out of all his troubles.你们要尝尝主恩的滋味，便知道他是美善，投靠他的人有福了。34:8 O taste and see that the LORD is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!

耶和华的圣民哪！你们当敬畏他，因敬畏他的一无所缺。34:9 O fear the LORD, you His saints; For to those who fear Him there is no want. 少壮狮子，还缺食忍饿；但寻求耶和华的，什么好处都不缺。34:10 The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; But they who seek the LORD shall not be in want of any good thing.（诗篇(Psalm)）

耶和华的眼目看顾义人，他的耳朵听他们的呼求。34:15 The eyes of the LORD are toward the righteous And His ears are {open} to their cry.34:16 耶和华向行恶的人变脸，要从世上除灭他们的名号。34:16 The face of the LORD is against evildoers, To cut off the memory of them from the earth.34:18 耶和华靠近伤心的人，拯救灵性痛悔的人。34:18 The LORD is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit.34:19 义人多有苦难，但耶和华救他脱离这一切；34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all.34:21 恶必害死恶人，恨恶义人的，必被定罪。34:21 Evil shall slay the wicked, And those who hate the righteous will be condemned.（诗篇(Psalm)）

光照与观照 Ilumination & Observation

光照是什么？观照又是什么？光照是圣灵感动时用光照出我们内心的黑暗和罪恶，好让我们悔改，相信神。观照则是佛教所说的，即用自己的心看头脑里的念头，目的是保持警醒。人用脑思考也很接近这个意思，人可以有精神寄托，不会老人痴呆。

我们既因信称义，就藉着我们的主耶稣基督得与神相和。5:1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,5:2 我们又藉着他，因信得进入现在所站的这恩典中，并且欢欢喜喜盼望神的荣耀。5:2 through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God.5:3 不但如此，就是在患难中也是欢欢喜喜的；因为知道患难生忍耐。5:3 And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance;5:4 忍耐生老练；老练生盼望；5:4 and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope;

5:5 盼望不至于羞耻，因为所赐给我们的圣灵将神的爱浇灌在我们心里。5:5 and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.5:6 因我们还软弱的时候，基督就按所定的日期为罪人死。5:6 For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.5:7 为义人死，是少有的；为仁人死，或者有敢作的。5:7 For one will hardly die for a righteous man; though perhaps for the good man someone would dare even to die.

5:8 惟有基督在我们还作罪人的时候为我们死，神的爱就在此向我们显明了。5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.5:9 现在我们既靠着他的血称义，就更要藉着他免去神的忿怒。5:9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath {of God} through Him.5:10因为我们作仇敌的时候，且藉着神儿子的死，得与神和好；既已和好，就更要因他的生得救了。5:7 为义人死，是少有的；为仁人死，或者有敢作的。5:10For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.（罗马书(Romans)）

你当倚靠耶和华而行善，住在地上，以他的信实为粮。37:3 Trust in the LORD and do good; Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness.37:4 又要以耶和华为乐，他就将你心里所求的赐给你。37:4 Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart.37:5 当将你的事交托耶和华，并倚靠他，他就必成全。37:5 Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, and He will do it.37:6 他要使你的公义，如光发出；使你的公平，明如正午。37:6 He will bring forth your righteousness as the light And your judgment as the noonday.（诗篇(Psalm)）

你们若真与基督一同复活，就当求在上面的事；那里有基督坐在神的右边。3:1 Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.3:2 你们要思念上面的事，不要思念地上的事。3:2 Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.3:3 因为你们已经死了，你们的生命与基督一同藏在神里面。3:3 For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God.3:4 基督是我们的生命，他显现的时候，你们也要与他一同显现在荣耀里。3:4 When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.（歌罗西书(Colossians)）

神的道是活泼的，是有功效的，比一切两刃的剑更快，甚至魂与灵，骨节与骨髓，都能刺入、剖开，连心中的思念和主意都能辨明。4:12 For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.4:13 并且被造的，没有一样在他面前不显然的；原来万物，在那与我们有关系的主眼前，都是赤露敞开的。4:13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.（希伯来书(Hebrews)）

我们不丧胆。外体虽然毁坏，内心却一天新似一天。4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day.4:17 我们这至暂至轻的苦楚，要为我们成就极重无比、永远的荣耀。4:17 For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison,4:18 原来我们不是顾念所见的，乃是顾念所不见的；因为所见的是暂时的，所不见的是永远的。4:18 while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.（哥林多后书(2Corinthians)）

岂不知你们的身子就是圣灵的殿吗？这圣灵是从神而来，住在你们里头的；并且你们不是自己的人，6:19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?6:20 因为你们是重价买来的，所以要在你们的身子上荣耀神。6:20 For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body.（哥林多前书(1Corinthians)）

但与主联合的，便是与主成为一灵。6:17 But the one who joins himself to the Lord is one spirit {with Him.}6:18 你们要逃避淫行。人所犯的，无论什么罪，都在身子以外，惟有行淫的，是得罪自己的身子。6:18 Flee immorality. Every {other} sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the immoral man sins against his own body.（哥林多前书(1Corinthians)）

你们岂不知不义的人不能承受神的国吗？不要自欺，无论是淫乱的、拜偶像的、奸淫的、作娈童的、亲男色的、6:9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,6:10 偷窃的、贪婪的、醉酒的、辱骂的、勒索的，都不能承受神的国。6:10 nor thieves, nor {the} covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.

6:11 你们中间也有人从前是这样；但如今你们奉主耶稣基督的名，并藉着我们神的灵，已经洗净、成圣、称义了。6:11 Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.6:12 凡事我都可行，但不都有益处；凡事我都可行，但无论哪一件，我总不受它的辖制。6:12 All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be mastered by anything.

不必担心 No Worry

何必为衣裳忧虑呢？你想野地里的百合花，怎么长起来；它也不劳苦，也不纺线；6:28 "And why are you worried about clothing? Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin,6:29 然而我告诉你们，就是所罗门极荣华的时候，他所穿戴的，还不如这花一朵呢！6:29 yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these.6:30 你们这小信的人哪，野地里的草今天还在，明天就丢在炉里，神还给它这样的妆饰，何况你们呢！6:30 "But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is {alive} today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, {will He} not much more {clothe} you? You of little faith!

6:31所以，不要忧虑，说：吃什么？喝什么？穿什么？6:31"Do not worry then, saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear for clothing?'6:32这都是外邦人所求的，你们需用的这一切东西，你们的天父是知道的。6:32"For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.6:33你们要先求他的国和他的义，这些东西都要加给你们了。6:33"But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.6:34所以，不要为明天忧虑；因为明天自有明天的忧虑；一天的难处一天当就够了。”6:34"So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

“眼睛就是身上的灯。你的眼睛若了亮，全身就光明；6:22 "The eye is the lamp of the body; so then if your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light.6:23 你的眼睛若昏花，全身就黑暗。你里头的光若黑暗了，那黑暗是何等大呢！6:23 "But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!6:24 “一个人不能事奉两个主；不是恶这个爱那个，就是重这个轻那个。你们不能又事奉神，又事奉玛门(“玛门”是“财利”的意思)。6:24 "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth.6:25 “所以我告诉你们，不要为生命忧虑吃什么，喝什么；为身体忧虑穿什么。生命不胜于饮食吗？身体不胜于衣裳吗？6:25 "For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, {as to} what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, {as to} what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?

6:26 你们看那天上的飞鸟，也不种，也不收，也不积蓄在仓里，你们的天父尚且养活它。你们不比飞鸟贵重得多吗？6:26 "Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and {yet} your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?6:27 你们哪一个能用思虑使寿数多加一刻呢(或作“使身量多加一肘呢”)？6:27 "And who of you by being worried can add a {single} hour to his life?（马太福音(Matthew）

放下 Release Yourself

人为什么没有信心？有很多原因，即接受消极的思想、被魔鬼捆绑、听信魔鬼的话、喜欢和别人比较、看不起自己等。人要如何有信心？培养耐性、安定心神，所谓定能生慧，慢工出细活，欲速不达。人研究学问也可以修身养性，皆因人放慢节奏，投入其中，慢慢深入思考，研究出一个所以然来，从而得到满足感和充实感。

人要如何放下？就是看破。如何看破？即活在当下。但人只是这样还是不够的。人不会仅仅满足于此的，除非人愿意。人的欲望是无穷无尽的，所谓人心不足蛇吞象，就好像那些贪官污吏一样，贪得无厌，没有满足的一天。人最好可以永远活下去，不会死。宇宙一直在不停变化中，地球几时末日没人知道，可是人要想凡事都是有始有终的，没有什么是永恒不变的（除了上帝），更何况我们只是人，脆弱的血肉之躯。

怎样才会开心？很简单，只要知足、助人、惜福而已。人活得越简单就越开心。不能惜福的人只要数算恩典即行。至于要如何幸福？则是与周围的人和环境和谐共处。还有，就是不要给自己压力。生活中总是充满压力，我们要学习轻松，最好是有精神寄托，这个我之前已经提过了，在这里就不多说了。

最后，就是无我无执，不惜代价牺牲自己去帮助别人，这种精神非常伟大，不是每个人做得到，好像只有神才办得到。我们只有仰望神，向祂学习而已。
