若有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已过，都变成新的了。5:17 Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!5:18 一切都是出于神，他藉着基督使我们与他和好，又将劝人与他和好的职分赐给我们。5:18 But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony with Him].

5:19 这就是神在基督里，叫世人与自己和好，不将他们的过犯归到他们身上，并且将这和好的道理托付了我们。5:19 It was God [personally present] in Christ, reconciling and restoring the world to favor with Himself, not counting up and holding against [men] their trespasses [but cancelling them], and committing to us the message of reconciliation (of the restoration to favor).（哥林多后书(2Corinthians)）

人要放慢脚步才能欣赏到美丽的风景，同样的，人的心要静下来才能发现以往不曾看到的美好事物，所谓以静制动，或许还能发现新大陆、发明新产品、或有所领悟，因为有所感触就有新的灵感。

人类为了发展而破坏环境令人发指。地震是人挖油田造成的,使到地壳裂成一块块。人活着的目的是帮人，不只帮和你一样惨的人,我们也应该帮比我们好的人,因为每个人都有软弱/弱点，他们也有不开心的时候，如果我们只帮比我们惨的人，那有什么好稀罕？那只是弥补我们的自卑心理罢了，或许只是为了满足自己的优越感，坏人也会帮对他们好的人。

人人都认为成功的定义是有钱有地位,其实不是。人活着的目的不能只为了自己,人生的目的是扩展神的国度。人只为了高举自己是罪过。人所有的罪是从自大来的，还有自私，人因为自私才破坏环境, 损人利己，伤害别人。

人顾虑太多会发神经，人只有放下才能自在。放下什么? 放下我执，深感自在。如果人一切只想到自己就会犯很多罪，因为罪从自大/自私开始。要如何放下? 就是不要执着，要看开。人要成就大事就要吃苦，还有要不拘小节。很少人看得开,因为人天生执着,看不开,被世界的引诱控制了。

给自己机会，不要放弃，当神关上一道门，祂会开另一扇窗，天无绝人之路，天生我才必有用，皇天不负苦心人，告诉自己还有出路，没有绝境，隧道的另一端是光明，每朵乌云镶着金边，守得云开见月明，雨过天晴，山穷水尽疑无路，柳暗花明又一村，只要我们让神来做工，神就会给我们信心。

圣经说会有世界末日并非要恐吓我们，而是要我们作好充分准备去面对。所谓世界有始就有终，有黑就有白，有对就有错，有高就有低，有好就有坏，有快就有慢，有善就有恶，有喜就有悲，这一切都是相对的，这就是相对论。

只要我们信耶稣，认罪悔改就不怕末日/有得救，从此就不必害怕担心，所以有什么好忧虑呢？我如果不关心你们就不会传福音给你们，我何必自讨没趣？自取其辱？

什么叫爱里没有惧怕？惧怕里含着刑罚？意思是：因着耶稣的流血牺牲(因为爱)我们已经没有罪了，没有罪了就不会有惩罚，没有刑罚就不用害怕，耶稣的舍己牺牲/作挽回祭就是爱了。那些害怕的人是因为罪还未被赦免，所以才有恐惧感，所谓平日不做亏心事，半夜敲门也不惊。

你们年幼的，也要顺服年长的。就是你们众人也都要以谦卑束腰，彼此顺服；因为神阻挡骄傲的人，赐恩给谦卑的人。5:5 Likewise, you who are younger and of lesser rank, be subject to the elders (the ministers and spiritual guides of the church)–[giving them due respect and yielding to their counsel]. Clothe (apron) yourselves, all of you, with humility [as the garb of a servant, so that its covering cannot possibly be stripped from you, with freedom from pride and arrogance] toward one another. For God sets Himself against the proud (the insolent, the overbearing, the disdainful, the presumptuous, the boastful)–[and He opposes, frustrates, and defeats them], but gives grace (favor, blessing) to the humble. [Prov. 3:34.]

5:6 所以你们要自卑，服在神大能的手下，到了时候，他必叫你们升高。5:6 Therefore humble yourselves [demote, lower yourselves in your own estimation] under the mighty hand of God, that in due time He may exalt you,5:7 你们要将一切的忧虑卸给神，因为他顾念你们。5:7 Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. [Ps. 55:22.]（彼得前书(1Peter)）

耶和华却对撒母耳说：“不要看他的外貌和他身材高大，我不拣选他，因为耶和华不象人看人，人是看外貌，耶和华是看内心。”16:7 But the Lord said to Samuel, Look not on his appearance or at the height of his stature, for I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees; for man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.（撒母耳记上(1Samuel)）

4:15 凡事都是为你们，好叫恩惠因人多越发加增，感谢格外显多，以致荣耀归与神。4:15 For all [these] things are [taking place] for your sake, so that the more grace (divine favor and spiritual blessing) extends to more and more people and multiplies through the many, the more thanksgiving may increase [and redound] to the glory of God.4:16 所以，我们不丧胆。外体虽然毁坏，内心却一天新似一天。4:16 Therefore we do not become discouraged (utterly spiritless, exhausted, and wearied out through fear). Though our outer man is [progressively] decaying and wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day after day.

4:17 我们这至暂至轻的苦楚，要为我们成就极重无比、永远的荣耀。4:17 For our light, momentary affliction (this slight distress of the passing hour) is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory [beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations, a vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease!],4:18 原来我们不是顾念所见的，乃是顾念所不见的；因为所见的是暂时的，所不见的是永远的。4:18 Since we consider and look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting), but the things that are invisible are deathless and everlasting.（哥林多后书(2Corinthians)）

论到祭偶像之物，我们晓得我们都有知识；但知识是叫人自高自大，惟有爱心能造就人。8:1 NOW ABOUT food offered to idols: of course we know that all of us possess knowledge [concerning these matters. Yet mere] knowledge causes people to be puffed up (to bear themselves loftily and be proud), but love (affection and goodwill and benevolence) edifies and builds up and encourages one to grow [to his full stature].8:2 若有人以为自己知道什么，按他所当知道的，他仍是不知道。8:2 If anyone imagines that he has come to know and understand much [of divine things, without love], he does not yet perceive and recognize and understand as strongly and clearly, nor has he become as intimately acquainted with anything as he ought or as is necessary.8:3 若有人爱神，这人乃是神所知道的。8:3 But if one loves God truly [with affectionate reverence, prompt obedience, and grateful recognition of His blessing], he is known by God [recognized as worthy of His intimacy and love, and he is owned by Him].（哥林多前书(1Corinthians)）

污秽的言语，一句不可出口，只要随事说造就人的好话，叫听见的人得益处。4:29 Let no foul or polluting language, nor evil word nor unwholesome or worthless talk [ever] come out of your mouth, but only such [speech] as is good and beneficial to the spiritual progress of others, as is fitting to the need and the occasion, that it may be a blessing and give grace (God's favor) to those who hear it.4:30 不要叫神的圣灵担忧，你们原是受了他的印记，等候得赎的日子来到。4:30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God [do not offend or vex or sadden Him], by Whom you were sealed (marked, branded as God's own, secured) for the day of redemption (of final deliverance through Christ from evil and the consequences of sin).

4:31 一切苦毒、恼恨、忿怒、嚷闹、毁谤，并一切的恶毒(或作“阴毒”)，都当从你们中间除掉。4:31 Let all bitterness and indignation and wrath (passion, rage, bad temper) and resentment (anger, animosity) and quarreling (brawling, clamor, contention) and slander (evil-speaking, abusive or blasphemous language) be banished from you, with all malice (spite, ill will, or baseness of any kind).4:32 并要以恩慈相待，存怜悯的心，彼此饶恕，正如神在基督里饶恕了你们一样。4:32 And become useful and helpful and kind to one another, tenderhearted (compassionate, understanding, loving-hearted), forgiving one another [readily and freely], as God in Christ forgave you.（以弗所书(Ephesians)）

Green tea contains Theanine which can help us to focus or concentrate and feel relax at the same time.  Yerba mate (South American Green tea) has Matein which has the same effect. Green tea can also detox our body and anti cancer. It's better to buy green tea without caffeine (decaf), so that it will not hurt our stomach, especially for those who have stomachache.

Try to look at the view/scene that is far from you when you're down or stressful. This is because you can feel relief and relax after that.

How to keep younger? Drink more water, take vitamin C, wash your face twice per day. The most important thing is don't block your skin pores, let the skin have the space to breathe. Vitamin C can help our body to produce collagens naturally.

Want a good brain? Don't take instant noodles. Don't take too many MSG. Some MSG are good like Ajinomoto because it's naturally made. Eating banana and fish can make you more clever.

Vitamin C can also strengthen your immune system. Echinacea is good to take when we fall sick, because it is like Vitamin C can up your defense system.

正能量 The Power of Positive Thinking (28)

我们都被魔鬼蒙住了眼睛，我们缺乏的是真理，不是力量，耶稣早已经击败恶者/魔鬼的权势，真理由神而出，有了真理就有力量，所谓理直气壮，公道自在人心，事实胜于雄辩。有了正确的思想人就可以战胜魔鬼，是魔鬼一直欺骗人，打击人，使到人产生错觉，渐渐失去力量和信心。

魔鬼不让我们看到它，所以人以为世上没有魔鬼，魔鬼是凶残的，这世上所有的痛苦和悲哀都是它造成的，不可以怪神，当然也少不了人自己的罪和错。

我们可以祈求上天给我们圣灵充满，有了智慧就可以认清方向，走永生的道路。

自从魔鬼骄傲地认为自己比神更高后，它就被神打下来，它引诱亚当夏娃吃禁果，害他们犯了罪，背叛神，所以神才定他们的罪。可见骄傲是很大的罪，神不喜欢，也讨人厌。人不能得救是因为骄傲，不肯认罪，不肯承认/接受神。

有没有想过其实人本来是不用受苦的？是人的罪和魔鬼的试探/神的试炼造成人类要受苦。这个世界本来很完美的，我们的祖先本来就不用辛苦做工就可以有食物吃，是神喂养他们的，后来因为罪的关系使到人与神的关系完全隔绝与破裂，才会受到神的惩罚，被神赶出伊甸园，魔鬼以后会被打下火狱（末日后的一千年以后）。

耶稣对信他的犹太人说：“你们若常常遵守我的道，就真是我的门徒；8:31 So Jesus said to those Jews who had believed in Him, If you abide in My word [hold fast to My teachings and live in accordance with them], you are truly My disciples.8:32 你们必晓得真理，真理必叫你们得以自由。”8:32 And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.

8:34 耶稣回答说：“我实实在在地告诉你们，所有犯罪的就是罪的奴仆。8:34 Jesus answered them, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, Whoever commits and practices sin is the slave of sin.8:35 奴仆不能永远住在家里，儿子是永远住在家里。8:35 Now a slave does not remain in a household permanently (forever); the son [of the house] does remain forever.8:36 所以天父的儿子若叫你们自由，你们就真自由了。8:36 So if the Son liberates you [makes you free men], then you are really and unquestionably free. (John)约翰福音8:31）

不要为生命忧虑吃什么，喝什么；为身体忧虑穿什么。生命不胜于饮食吗？身体不胜于衣裳吗？6:25 Therefore I tell you, stop being perpetually uneasy (anxious and worried) about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink; or about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life greater [in quality] than food, and the body [far above and more excellent] than clothing?

6:26 你们看那天上的飞鸟，也不种，也不收，也不积蓄在仓里，你们的天父尚且养活它。你们不比飞鸟贵重得多吗？6:26 Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they?

6:27 你们哪一个能用思虑使寿数多加一刻呢(或作“使身量多加一肘呢”)？6:27 And who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure (cubit) to his stature or to the span of his life? [Ps. 39:5-7.]6:28 何必为衣裳忧虑呢？你想野地里的百合花，怎么长起来；它也不劳苦，也不纺线；6:28 And why should you be anxious about clothes? Consider the lilies of the field and learn thoroughly how they grow; they neither toil nor spin.

6:29 然而我告诉你们，就是所罗门极荣华的时候，他所穿戴的，还不如这花一朵呢！6:29 Yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his magnificence (excellence, dignity, and grace) was not arrayed like one of these. [I Kings 10:4-7.]6:30 你们这小信的人哪，野地里的草今天还在，明天就丢在炉里，神还给它这样的妆饰，何况你们呢！

6:30 But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and green and tomorrow is tossed into the furnace, will He not much more surely clothe you, O you of little faith?6:31 所以，不要忧虑，说：吃什么？喝什么？穿什么？6:31 Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear?

6:32 这都是外邦人所求的，你们需用的这一切东西，你们的天父是知道的。6:32 For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need them all.

6:33 你们要先求他的国和他的义，这些东西都要加给你们了。6:33 But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides.

6:34 所以，不要为明天忧虑；因为明天自有明天的忧虑；一天的难处一天当就够了。”6:34 So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.

整个宇宙都有自然定律，谁破坏它就要承担后果，就好像地球绕着太阳旋转，月球绕着地球转，如果脱离轨道就会互相碰撞，宇宙大乱；还有善有善报，恶有恶报，若有不报，时辰未到；马路上也有交通规则，谁不遵守它就会出意外；人的头脑也一样，谁想太多就会精神错乱，所谓矫枉过正，物极必反，器满则倾，天才与白痴只是一线之差。

小子们哪，你们是属神的，并且胜了他们；因为那在你们里面的，比那在世界上的更大。4:4 Little children, you are of God [you belong to Him] and have [already] defeated and overcome them [the agents of the antichrist], because He Who lives in you is greater (mightier) than he who is in the world.

4:5 他们是属世界的，所以论世界的事，世人也听从他们。4:5 They proceed from the world and are of the world; therefore it is out of the world [its whole economy morally considered] that they speak, and the world listens (pays attention) to them.

4:6 我们是属神的，认识神的就听从我们；不属神的就不听从我们。从此我们可以认出真理的灵和谬妄的灵来。4:6 We are [children] of God. Whoever is learning to know God [progressively to perceive, recognize, and understand God by observation and experience, and to get an ever-clearer knowledge of Him] listens to us; and he who is not of God does not listen or pay attention to us. By this we know (recognize) the Spirit of Truth and the spirit of error.

4:7 亲爱的弟兄啊，我们应当彼此相爱，因为爱是从神来的。凡有爱心的，都是由神而生，并且认识神。4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is (springs) from God; and he who loves [his fellowmen] is begotten (born) of God and is coming [progressively] to know and understand God [to perceive and recognize and get a better and clearer knowledge of Him].4:8 没有爱心的，就不认识神，因为神就是爱。4:8 He who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love.（约翰一书(1John)4:4）

我们不是没有希望，因为神应许我们末日后会有新天新地，我们会有新生命：神要擦去他们一切的眼泪；不再有死亡，也不再有悲哀、哭号、疼痛，因为以前的事都过去了。”21:4 God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, neither shall there be anguish (sorrow and mourning) nor grief nor pain any more, for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away. [Isa. 25:8; 35:10.]（启示录(Revelation)21:4）

无欲无求是否最好？就如佛教提倡的放下我执，顿感自在。心无杂念，自然可以自在。无奈这个世界喧嚷烦嚣，令人的心无法安静，思想当然混乱。压力大时我们应该学习放松，多接触大自然，听听它们带给我们的信息，从中得到启发和灵感，重新出发。

世界末日是人类自己造成的，不是神的错，人为了发展和利益胡乱砍伐森林（地球的肺）、大量挖掘油田、排放二氧化碳，使到大自然失去平衡，造成温室效应、地震、水灾、全球暖化和气候反常，所以现在是大自然报复我们的时候了，是大自然无声的控诉。

那等候耶和华的，必从新得力；他们必如鹰展翅上腾，他们奔跑却不困倦，行走却不疲乏。40:31 But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired. [Heb. 12:1-3.]（以赛亚书(Isaiah)40:31）

超级月亮(blue moon)要来了，有人说这是世界末日的先兆，所以希望大家做好准备，敞开心扉接受耶稣作救主，不然就要面对七年大灾难了。

人在信主前都有经历圣灵的感动，之后就认罪悔改，成为基督徒。是圣灵让我们看到自己的罪在哪里。圣灵也是神，是三位一体的其中一位，祂居住在信徒的心里，常常感动我们去行善。我们的神是三位一体的，即圣父（上帝）、圣子（耶稣）和圣灵。神、人和魔鬼一样都是有位格的。

但我们既然属乎白昼，就应当谨守，把信和爱当作护心镜遮胸，把得救的盼望当作头盔戴上。5:8 But we belong to the day; therefore, let us be sober and put on the breastplate (corslet) of faith and love and for a helmet the hope of salvation.5:9 因为　神不是预定我们受刑，乃是预定我们藉着我们主耶稣基督得救。5:9 For God has not appointed us to [incur His] wrath [He did not select us to condemn us], but [that we might] obtain [His] salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah)5:10 他替我们死，叫我们无论醒着、睡着，都与他同活。5:10 Who died for us so that whether we are still alive or are dead [at Christ's appearing], we might live together with Him and share His life.（帖撒罗尼迦前书(1Thessalonians)5:8）

日本是很先进的国家，照理讲他们应该很快乐，可是没有，他们应该很享受他们辛苦努力的成果，可是他们没有，他们很不快乐。

为什么这么多日本人会自杀？因为除了压力大之外，他们对自己的要求太高，给自己太大的压力，无论他们多么成功他们都不快乐，他们可以赢得全世界却无法战胜死亡，他们都相信佛教，为什么佛教帮不到他们？这有待我们思考。日本人不肯承认他们祖先所犯下的罪恶，所以他们会继续受苦。

信佛教的人应该知道人死后如果不是去极乐世界就是在六道里轮回，而只有道行很高的人才可以脱离生死，究竟有多少人可以成佛还是个问题。基督教就不一样，人只要认罪悔改信耶稣就可以上天堂，拥有永生，不用再受苦，因为是耶稣为了我们的罪被钉十字架，三天后复活，战胜死亡、罪恶和魔鬼，使所有信祂的人都被赎得救。我们每个人都是罪人，都需要耶稣的宝血洁净洗清罪恶。

骄者必败，卑者必升。你们中间谁为大，谁就要作你们的用人。23:11 He who is greatest among you shall be your servant.23:12 凡自高的，必降为卑；自卑的，必升为高。23:12 Whoever exalts himself [with haughtiness and empty pride] shall be humbled (brought low), and whoever humbles himself [whoever has a modest opinion of himself and behaves accordingly] shall be raised to honor.（马太福音(Matthew)23:11）

肯承认自己有罪的人是不容易的，人必须谦卑才会认罪，没有人是完美的，人非圣贤，孰能无过，最重要是知错能改，善莫大焉，所谓浪子回头金不换，这样的人是神一直在等待的，是神寻找我们，不是我们寻找神。

不要羡慕别人拥有好的条件，不然会失去自己。每个人都有自己的优点和长处，只是有时我们没有发现而已，我们应该做的是欣赏/发掘自己的优点，弥补自己的缺点，好好爱自己或把握自己，神视我们为至宝。

爱是全世界沟通的语言。原谅别人的愚昧，原谅他们不了解你，原谅他们的失败，或许他们不如你，他们没有你那么高的层次。

天生我才必有用，每个人都有存在价值，不要小看自己，因为上帝创造每个人都是独特的，都有特别的功能，每个人的角色不一样，各司其职，为社会作出贡献。

人每天都要面对很多挑战，还有压力，而且是周而复始的，一直到我们离世。所以积极思想很重要，我们必须每分钟步步为营，提防魔鬼的攻击，以免犯罪。

务要谨守，警醒；因为你们的仇敌魔鬼，如同吼叫的狮子，遍地游行，寻找可吞吃的人。5:8 Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour.（彼得前书(1Peter)5:8）

你要保守你心，胜过保守一切(或作“你要切切保守你心”)，因为一生的果效，是由心发出。4:23 Keep and guard your heart with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flow the springs of life.（箴言(Proverbs)4:23）

人的身体会死，但人的灵魂是不会死的，重点是灵魂去了哪里，这就是为什么基督徒必须努力传福音的原因，只有灵魂得救的人才能回去天国。

死亡不是结束，死亡只是另一个新生命的开始。我们会以一个荣耀的身体活在一个没有痛苦的世界，只要我们信耶稣并认罪悔改。

谈死亡不只严肃，也是最积极的课题，因为每个人都要面对，死亡是最现实的事，为什么要逃避呢？我们必须为死亡做好准备，才不会恐惧，当死亡来临我们可以坦然面对，知道自己将要去哪里。

要如何解决问题？就是以神的眼光来看事情，以神的心为心，所谓天人合一，与圣灵同住，让圣灵引导我们。

人最大的失败不是达不到标准，而是无法面对死亡。属灵的战争是一辈子的事，魔鬼不会放过我们，一直到我们寿终正寝，我们都需要神的话来战胜它。

坏心肠的人不会有积极的思想，他们只是想要怎样对付人，除非他们愿意改邪归正，只有善良的人才会有好的磁场，吸引好的东西。坏人都不会有好下场。所以我们要存好心、说好话、做好事，遵行神的旨意，因为神就是善的来源，敬畏神的人会得到高智慧。

敬畏耶和华是智慧的开端；凡遵行他命令的，是聪明人。耶和华是永远当赞美的。111:10 The reverent fear and worship of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom and skill [the preceding and the first essential, the prerequisite and the alphabet]; a good understanding, wisdom, and meaning have all those who do [the will of the Lord]. Their praise of Him endures forever. [Job. 28:28; Prov. 1:7; Matt. 22:37, 38; Rev. 14:7.]（诗篇(Psalm)111:10）

积极的人看到的是光明的一面，消极的人看到的是黑暗面。乐观的人看到处处契机，悲观的人看不到商机。

每个人都需要别人的了解和肯定，如果不能，我们可以假装，或想象别人已经了解自己，这样会比较快乐，这就叫做自我安慰。做不到或不如意的事，我们可以天马行空。

容易知足的人比较快乐，容易自满的人不会进步。目标正确，方向确定，勇往直前，冲破障碍，就会成功。人本来就不完美，才要有待加强，突破极限，实现自我。

承认魔鬼的存在可以让我们提高警惕，不被它欺骗，因为魔鬼谎话连篇，一直在我们耳边说话，试图控制我们的行为，它可以通过人向我们说话，也可以通过圣经扭曲神的话，它聪明到让人无法感觉它的存在；

否认魔鬼的破坏并没有好处，只有否认被魔鬼引诱的人会被魔鬼控制，因为它一直要我们和它一起下火狱，它才不孤独，为了向神示威，因为它知道神爱世人，它要破坏人与神的关系。

经上记着说：“要爱人如己。”你们若全守这至尊的律法，才是好的。2:8 If indeed you [really] fulfill the royal Law in accordance with the Scripture, You shall love your neighbor as [you love] yourself, you do well. [Lev. 19:18.]（雅各书(James)2:8）

你们中间若有缺少智慧的，应当求那厚赐与众人、也不斥责人的神，主就必赐给他。1:5 If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him.（雅各书(James)1:5）

这个世界最大的问题是人的心里没有爱，人与人之间充满尔虞我诈，互相猜忌，没有真诚。人为了目的不择手段，损人利己，做违背良心的事还洋洋得意，以为自己比他人优越，把自己当神，以为自己可以操控一切，却不知道审判即将来到，要为自己的行为负责，付出代价，逃也逃不了，所谓邪不胜正，这是永恒不变的真理。

如果说知识是力量，那么智慧是什么？智慧就是我们用来战胜消极思想的武器，拥有智慧我们就有信心。消极和悲观本来就来自魔鬼，因为魔鬼本来就消沉，自从它自称为神后它就无法再升高。所以人也不可以像魔鬼一样骄傲，因为骄傲不讨神喜欢，当然也讨人厌。

如果我们需要智慧可以向神祈求，只有神才可以赐给我们智慧，因为神就是爱、智慧、光、力量和公义，有了智慧我们才能明白知识，智慧是得到知识的工具。

没有谁比神更了解我们，知道我们需要什么、缺少什么，因为祂就是我们的创造主，只有祂可以给我们真正需要的东西，满足我们真正的需求，因为是祂创造了我们。

节期的末日，就是最大之日，耶稣站着高声说：“人若渴了，可以到我这里来喝。7:37 Now on the final and most important day of the Feast, Jesus stood, and He cried in a loud voice, If any man is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink!（约翰福音(John)7:37）

爱就是一切的动力，因为爱就是一切积极力量的来源。以爱为本，将心比心，我们还有希望。用爱吸引爱，就是正能量，所谓吸引力法则，我们还可以用爱吸引更多美好的事物，人生充满希望，从此不再绝望。

爱里没有惧怕；爱既完全，就把惧怕除去，因为惧怕里含着刑罚；惧怕的人在爱里未得完全。4:18 There is no fear in love [dread does not exist], but full-grown (complete, perfect) love turns fear out of doors and expels every trace of terror! For fear brings with it the thought of punishment, and [so] he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of love [is not yet grown into love's complete perfection].（约翰一书(1John)4:18）

只有爱能跨越生死，佛教的慈悲和基督教的爱是一样的。爱可以带来力量，有力量就有信心，有信心就有得救，得救了就有希望以后可以回天家了，不用在这个痛苦的世界继续受罪受苦。

求神赐我们爱和爱人爱神如己的能力，只有这样世界才有得救，有了爱一切问题都能解决，有时会义愤填膺就要见义勇为，为公理发声。有了爱也可以祈求智慧，就可以拥有智慧，因为神就是爱。

有没有想过神为什么要创造人？因为祂爱我们，祂也要我们爱祂，好让我们荣耀祂。祂要我们得到真正的快乐，真正的快乐只有在痛苦中得到，虽然祂知道我们活在这个有苦难的世界，只要我们接受祂的爱我们就有得救了，就算有苦也能有力量面对，因为祂与我们同在。

如今常存的有信，有望，有爱，这三样，其中最大的是爱。13:13 And so faith, hope, love abide [faith–conviction and belief respecting man's relation to God and divine things; hope–joyful and confident expectation of eternal salvation; love–true affection for God and man, growing out of God's love for and in us], these three; but the greatest of these is love.（哥林多前书(1Corinthians)13:13）

凡事往好的方面想=获取正面能量的好方法。有追求才有进步，然而有欲望却令人永远无法满足，就好像无底洞永远填不满，除非我们找到那个创造我们的源头（神），只有祂才可以填补我们心里的缺口（空虚）。

真正懂得爱自己的人不会伤害别人，因为他懂得在痛苦时安慰和鼓励自己，而不是把怒气随便发泄在别人身上。

根据有些基督徒的叙述，中东国家将会有战争，过后他们会和以色列签署七年的和平协议，为世界带来前三年半的假和平与后三年半的大灾难。七年大灾难就要开始了，过后就是世界末日，主耶稣要再来了，所以我们要捉紧这个机会悔改相信主，要不然就无法被提，便要经历恐怖的大灾难。

如果它不是魔鬼，神何必说它是呢？难道它是魔鬼，神就要说它不是吗？有生就有死，为什么说未知生焉知死？他们说2012年是世界末日，他们说的只是年份不是迹象。

魔鬼不只是第一次引诱人，它除了诱惑亚当和夏娃吃禁果，它到现在还在到处迷惑世人。它喜欢在人的耳边说很多谎话，以便我们犯罪、远离神、不承认神、厌弃神，一直到最后我们和它一起下火狱，这样它就达到它邪恶的目的。

所以我们不要这么傻，要保持清醒，不要被它欺骗，也就是不要相信它或顺从它。只要我们时时刻刻与神同行、遵照神的旨意，就不会被它欺骗了。

我们的需要 Our Needs

我们没有罪吗？谁有罪？（二十八）

慢工出细活，欲速则不达。压力造成人变得容易浮躁，浮躁会使到一个人无法平心静气，或心平气和，内心没有平安。由于急躁我们错过了很多东西，不懂得珍惜，不会欣赏风景，甚至影响学习能力，只会走马看花，因为我们分心/心乱了，当我们心猿意马时就不能集中精神了，读书的人成绩自然受到影响，做工的人效率也不好。

人只要不骄傲就可以拥有很多优点可以存留，谦卑的人愿意承认自己的缺点/罪，然后悔改，神就会赐福给他，给他智慧与信心，给他新生命，从此他就重生了。

在人与神之间有一道厚墙叫骄傲，阻碍了人与神之间的交流，惟有唯一的中保/主耶稣/大祭司才能把它拆除，让我们可以到达神那里。

这个中保（主耶稣）必须有几个条件，那就是要谦卑、圣洁、公义、仁慈、完美，还有，最重要是肯为人牺牲，不计较一切，只为了爱。只有祂有这个条件，因为只有祂是无罪的，祂愿意倒空虚己，没有谦卑和牺牲的精神是办不到的。

魔鬼是说谎之父，它从起初就说谎了，它也是骄傲的，所以自大（骄傲）是最大的罪，而且自以为义，人其它的罪都比不上这个罪（同样是罪），因为圣经说消灭圣灵的感动是最大的罪，它会把人带下火狱，从此再也见不到神的面（人自己的选择）。

圣灵可以充满我们，感动我们，甚至光照我们，所以拒绝圣灵等于拒绝神和祂的救恩，这是最大的罪，其它的罪也是从骄傲衍生来的。人自私也是罪过，人为了个人利益破坏环境，把垃圾和有害毒物倒进海洋，使到海里的植物/生物和动物死亡和绝种。

人做好事得到好报就认为是理所当然，人不把这个福气归于神其实就是一种罪，因为也是神给我们好的条件来行善，人认为这一切都是自己的福报，这是人骄傲自大或自私的另一种体现。

魔鬼就是所谓的鬼魂，心魔就是邪灵。人被魔鬼捆绑/纠缠就是听从它的话却不知道，所以人需要被释放，十分需要圣灵的感动和充满，没有圣灵的光照我们不会知道自己有罪，还以为自己很清高/圣洁，没有罪，不需要神。

当人需要神的时候神就会出现，因为神一直寻找人，祂永不放弃人，就算我们罪孽深重，因为祂知道我们的软弱，救不了自己，帮不到自己。

是人的自我/我执阻碍了人与神之间的关系，是人的自我令到人犯罪。只要人肯放下我执就有得救。人的善心不是靠努力，而是靠选择，靠自己的自由意志，只要人选择神，人就自然而然地会行善。行善是每个人的责任，没什么好自夸的。

说谎的人为了隐瞒真相而犯罪，那是因为他们见不得光，你说他们没有罪吗？

人在顺境中当然不会作恶，但当遇到考验、挑战和试探时又是否依然保持初心/善心？人是很容易受到钱财、色相、利益、地位的引诱的，那时人就会变质了（除非那人什么都有，但不可能）。

有了知识就有力量，有了智慧就能吸取知识，有了经验就拥有信心，就可以消除恐惧感，有了神却能拥有更多，因为神是无所不在、无所不知、无所不能的，拥有神等于拥有一切，因为神可以给我们所有我们真正需要的东西，而不是妄求的东西。

圣灵用光照亮人心中的黑暗/罪恶，让人看到自己的罪而痛悔。

自大的人等于窃取神的荣耀，因为他们自视过高，认为自己比神厉害，或认为自己与神同等，他们把荣耀归给自己/高举自己，不把荣耀归给神，他们认为自己的成就是自己努力争取的结果，和神没有关系，他们不懂得感恩，不懂得怎样仰望神，所以失去了神。

鉴察人心的，晓得圣灵的意思，因为圣灵照着神的旨意替圣徒祈求。8:27 And He Who searches the hearts of men knows what is in the mind of the [Holy] Spirit [what His intent is], because the Spirit intercedes and pleads [before God] in behalf of the saints according to and in harmony with God's will. [Ps. 139:1, 2.]8:28 我们晓得万事都互相效力，叫爱神的人得益处，就是按他旨意被召的人。8:28 We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose.（罗马书(Romans)8:27）

只要我们对这世界温柔，它也会以温柔回报我们，学东西要有耐心，放慢脚步，这样才会成功。很多人就是因为浮躁不安，结果做错很多事，所谓忙与盲，要使心平静下来唯有靠仰望神，神就是智慧和光，还有爱和力量。

我的心哪！你为何忧闷？为何在我里面烦躁？应当仰望神，我还要称赞他。他是我脸上的光荣(原文作“帮助”)，是我的神。43:5 Why are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, Who is the help of my [sad] countenance, and my God.（诗篇(Psalm)43:5）

所以你们要彼此认罪，互相代求，使你们可以得医治。义人祈祷所发的力量是大有功效的。5:16 Confess to one another therefore your faults (your slips, your false steps, your offenses, your sins) and pray [also] for one another, that you may be healed and restored [to a spiritual tone of mind and heart]. The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].（雅各书(James)5:16）

义人的心，思量如何回答；恶人的口，吐出恶言。15:28 The mind of the [uncompromisingly] righteous studies how to answer, but the mouth of the wicked pours out evil things. [I Pet. 3:15.]15:29 耶和华远离恶人；却听义人的祷告。15:29 The Lord is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the [consistently] righteous (the upright, in right standing with Him).15:30 眼有光使心喜乐；好信息使骨滋润。15:30 The light in the eyes [of him whose heart is joyful] rejoices the hearts of others, and good news nourishes the bones.

15:31 听从生命责备的，必常在智慧人中。15:31 The ear that listens to the reproof [that leads to or gives] life will remain among the wise.15:32 弃绝管教的，轻看自己的生命；听从责备的，却得智慧。15:32 He who refuses and ignores instruction and correction despises himself, but he who heeds reproof gets understanding.15:33 敬畏耶和华，是智慧的训诲；尊荣以前，必有谦卑。15:33 The reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord brings instruction in Wisdom, and humility comes before honor.（箴言(Proverbs)15:28）

不可屈枉正直，不可看人的外貌，也不可受贿赂；因为贿赂能叫智慧人的眼变瞎了，又能颠倒义人的话。16:19 You shall not misinterpret or misapply judgment; you shall not be partial, or take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the righteous.（申命记(Deuteronomy)16:19）

人若有争讼，来听审判；审判官就要定义人有理，定恶人有罪。25:1 IF THERE is a controversy between men, and they come into court and the judges decide between them, justifying the innocent and condemning the guilty,（申命记(Deuteronomy）

耶和华靠近伤心的人，拯救灵性痛悔的人。34:18 The Lord is close to those who are of a broken heart and saves such as are crushed with sorrow for sin and are humbly and thoroughly penitent.34:19 义人多有苦难，但耶和华救他脱离这一切；34:19 Many evils confront the [consistently] righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.34:21 恶必害死恶人，恨恶义人的，必被定罪。34:21 Evil shall cause the death of the wicked; and they who hate the just and righteous shall be held guilty and shall be condemned.（诗篇(Psalm)34:18）

智慧必使你行善人的道，守义人的路。2:20 So may you walk in the way of good men, and keep to the paths of the [consistently] righteous (the upright, in right standing with God).2:21 正直人必在世上居住；完全人必在地上存留。2:21 For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the men of integrity, blameless and complete [in God's sight], shall remain in it;2:22 惟有恶人必然剪除；奸诈的必然拔出。2:22 But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the treacherous shall be rooted out of it.（箴言(Proverbs)2:20）

每个人心中都有个小孩叫自卑，长大变成骄傲，除非那个小孩愿意选择谦卑，这样他才能成功。自卑是促使人进步的一种精神，所以好好利用我们的自卑吧，使它不会变自大/骄傲，而是迈向成功。

人可以不接受神，但不能阻止神爱世人。那些自卑又骄傲的人，他们的能力来自于自卑与自大，所以不会长久，他们一定会跌倒。

有没有想过坏人比好人需要更多爱的爱？因为他们非常需要被赦免，最重要是他们悔改，神就接受他们，要不然他们就自食其果，只有神的爱可以包容他们。

与主联合的，便是与主成为一灵。6:17 But the person who is united to the Lord becomes one spirit with Him.6:18 你们要逃避淫行。人所犯的，无论什么罪，都在身子以外，惟有行淫的，是得罪自己的身子。6:18 Shun immorality and all sexual looseness [flee from impurity in thought, word, or deed]. Any other sin which a man commits is one outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.

6:19 岂不知你们的身子就是圣灵的殿吗？这圣灵是从神而来，住在你们里头的；并且你们不是自己的人，6:19 Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received [as a Gift] from God? You are not your own,6:20 因为你们是重价买来的，所以要在你们的身子上荣耀神。6:20 You were bought with a price [purchased with a preciousness and paid for, made His own]. So then, honor God and bring glory to Him in your body.（哥林多前书(1Corinthians)6:17）

出于神的话，没有一句不带能力的。”1:37 For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment.（路加福音(Luke)1:37）

我们都会向比我们厉害的人表示谦虚，可是却不愿意尊崇创造主（上帝）。我们活在这个世界的目的是荣耀神，不是高举自己，凡是高举自己的都没有好结果。

当下耶稣说：“父啊！赦免他们，因为他们所作的，他们不晓得。”兵丁就拈阄分他的衣服。23:34 And Jesus prayed, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. And they divided His garments and distributed them by casting lots for them. [Ps. 22:18.]（路加福音(Luke)23:34）

耶稣又对众人说：“若有人要跟从我，就当舍己，天天背起他的十字架来跟从我。9:23 And He said to all, If any person wills to come after Me, let him deny himself [disown himself, forget, lose sight of himself and his own interests, refuse and give up himself] and take up his cross daily and follow Me [cleave steadfastly to Me, conform wholly to My example in living and, if need be, in dying also].（路加福音(Luke)9:23）

8:35 因为凡要救自己生命的(“生命”或作“灵魂”。下同。)，必丧掉生命；凡为我和福音丧掉生命的，必救了生命。8:35 For whoever wants to save his [higher, spiritual, eternal] life, will lose it [the lower, natural, temporal life which is lived only on earth]; and whoever gives up his life [which is lived only on earth] for My sake and the Gospel's will save it [his higher, spiritual life in the eternal kingdom of God].

8:36 人就是赚得全世界，赔上自己的生命，有什么益处呢？8:36 For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life [in the eternal kingdom of God]?8:37 人还能拿什么换生命呢？8:37 For what can a man give as an exchange (a compensation, a ransom, in return) for his [blessed] life [in the eternal kingdom of God]?8:38 凡在这淫乱罪恶的世代，把我和我的道当作可耻的，人子在他父的荣耀里，同圣天使降临的时候，也要把那人当作可耻的。”8:38 For whoever is ashamed [here and now] of Me and My words in this adulterous (unfaithful) and [preeminently] sinful generation, of him will the Son of Man also be ashamed when He comes in the glory (splendor and majesty) of His Father with the holy angels.（马可福音(Mark)8:34）

他们不知道，也不思想，因为耶和华闭住他们的眼不能看见，塞住他们的心不能明白。44:18 They do not know or understand, for their eyes God has let become besmeared so that they cannot see, and their minds as well so that they cannot understand.（以赛亚书(Isaiah)44:18）

一个人会不会成功在于他如何看自己，而不是别人如何看他。懂得检讨自己的人有自知之明，知己知彼，百战百胜。

“人心比万物都诡诈，坏到极处，谁能识透呢？17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly perverse and corrupt and severely, mortally sick! Who can know it [perceive, understand, be acquainted with his own heart and mind]? [Matt. 13:15-17; Mark 7:21-23; Eph. 4:20-24.]17:10 我耶和华是鉴察人心，试验人肺腑的，要照各人所行的和他作事的结果报应他。”17:10 I the Lord search the mind, I try the heart, even to give to every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.

17:11 那不按正道得财的，好象鹧鸪抱不是自己下的蛋；到了中年，那财都必离开他，他终久成为愚顽人。17:11 Like the partridge that gathers a brood which she did not hatch and sits on eggs which she has not laid, so is he who gets riches by unjust means and not by right. He will leave them, or they will leave him, in the midst of his days, and at his end he will be a fool.17:12 我们的圣所是荣耀的宝座，从太初安置在高处。17:12 A glorious throne, set on high from the beginning, is the place of our sanctuary (the temple).（耶利米书(Jeremiah)17:9）

只有爱能遮掩所有的罪。彼得前书(1Peter)4:7 万物的结局近了。所以你们要谨慎自守，警醒祷告。4:7 But the end and culmination of all things has now come near; keep sound minded and self-restrained and alert therefore for [the practice of] prayer.4:8 最要紧的，是彼此切实相爱；因为爱能遮掩许多的罪。4:8 Above all things have intense and unfailing love for one another, for love covers a multitude of sins [forgives and disregards the offenses of others]. [Prov. 10:12.]

4:9 你们要互相款待，不发怨言。4:9 Practice hospitality to one another (those of the household of faith). [Be hospitable, be a lover of strangers, with brotherly affection for the unknown guests, the foreigners, the poor, and all others who come your way who are of Christ's body.] And [in each instance] do it ungrudgingly (cordially and graciously, without complaining but as representing Him).4:10 各人要照所得的恩赐彼此服事，作神百般恩赐的好管家。4:10 As each of you has received a gift (a particular spiritual talent, a gracious divine endowment), employ it for one another as [befits] good trustees of God's many-sided grace [faithful stewards of the extremely diverse powers and gifts granted to Christians by unmerited favor].

在天堂我们不会再有肉体，只有荣耀的身体。我们也不嫁也不娶，过着逍遥的日子，而且有生命树的果子吃，有无尽的生命水可以喝，从此不再痛苦。

人不能原谅人，就由神来原谅人，所以上帝祂的儿子下凡来为人的罪被钉十字架，流宝血，替我们担当罪，人的罪孽太深，无法自己担当。

魔鬼用它的魔力遮住我们的眼睛，让我们看不见真理，看不见神，也看不到自己的罪，只看到钱的重要性，人见钱眼开，眼睛开了地狱的门，为了钱什么都做得出。魔鬼利用世上的琐事使我们烦躁，我们便会失去耐性，人就会容易犯错。人重视自尊，为了维护面子也可以为所欲为/无所不为。

当将你的事交托耶和华，并倚靠他，他就必成全。37:5 Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass.37:6 他要使你的公义，如光发出；使你的公平，明如正午。37:6 And He will make your uprightness and right standing with God go forth as the light, and your justice and right as [the shining sun of] the noonday.37:7 你当默然倚靠耶和华，耐性等候他。不要因那道路通达的和那恶谋成就的，心怀不平。37:7 Be still and rest in the Lord; wait for Him and patiently lean yourself upon Him; fret not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass.

37:8 当止住怒气，离弃忿怒；不要心怀不平，以致作恶。37:8 Cease from anger and forsake wrath; fret not yourself–it tends only to evildoing.37:9 因为作恶的，必被剪除；惟有等候耶和华的，必承受地土。37:9 For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait and hope and look for the Lord [in the end] shall inherit the earth. [Isa. 57:13c.]37:10 还有片时，恶人要归于无有，你就是细察他的住处，也要归于无有。37:10 For yet a little while, and the evildoers will be no more; though you look with care where they used to be, they will not be found. [Heb. 10:36, 37; Rev. 21:7, 8.]

37:11 但谦卑人必承受地土，以丰盛的平安为乐。37:11 But the meek [in the end] shall inherit the earth and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. [Ps. 37:29; Matt. 5:5.]37:12 恶人设谋害义人，又向他咬牙。37:12 The wicked plot against the [uncompromisingly] righteous (the upright in right standing with God); they gnash at them with their teeth.37:13 主要笑他，因见他受罚的日子将要来到。37:13 The Lord laughs at [the wicked], for He sees that their own day [of defeat] is coming.（诗篇(Psalm)37:）

求他按着他丰盛的荣耀，藉着他的灵，叫你们心里的力量刚强起来，3:16 May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality].3:17 使基督因你们的信，住在你们心里，叫你们的爱心，有根有基，3:17 May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love,3:20 神能照着运行在我们心里的大力，充充足足地成就一切，超过我们所求所想的。3:20 Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]–（以弗所书(Ephesians)3:16）

你们要将一切的忧虑卸给神，因为他顾念你们。5:7 Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. [Ps. 55:22.]（彼得前书(1Peter)5:7）

坏人会坏因为他们吃了很多苦，心理不平衡，他们认为自己很惨，所以心里充满苦毒，所以妒忌别人，怀恨别人，甚至诅咒人，他们变得消极和无赖。我们不是要同情他们，而是应该理解他们，用爱感化他们，因为神就是爱，神要我们爱这些人。

神用苦难塑造我们的人格，锻练我们的意志，培养我们的耐心。为什么上帝容许苦难存在？祂要我们看到这世上是有罪恶的，人都是有罪的，虽然有些罪恶是魔鬼造成的。有罪恶才会有痛苦，祂要我们认罪悔改，之后才会有喜乐充满，天堂就在不远处。

其实我们每天都会被魔鬼攻击,只有神的话（圣经）可以反击它。没有经历过痛苦的人不会知道坏人的头脑想什么，因为我们都听过魔鬼的声音。

我们的心里都有伤口,所以会被攻击。
这世界有太多美好和诱惑,所以我们看不见真理和神。
我们都很满足所以我们不会进步。
我们应该向日本人学习,他们精益求精,努力不懈,从未停止。
没有受过伤的人不会明白坏人的感受,你们都很幸运,没有精神病。
没有人喜欢做坏人,他们被魔鬼引诱却不知道,他们被魔鬼试练。
现在我们应该向中国人学习因为他们自强不息,如日中天。
很多坏人都有精神病，他们被魔鬼捆绑。整个世界都卧在那恶者魔鬼的脚下。
然而神仍掌管一切。
人要选择魔鬼还是神都可以,千千万万的人都做出错误的选择,被丢下火湖。
有人伤害我们不要自己报复,因为神说伸怨在为我,我必报应。每个人都会生气,但不要含怒到日落,不要给魔鬼留地步。
人种的是什么收的就是什么。
我们都需要一直提醒自己不要犯错,不然魔鬼会攻击我们。
人的自尊心是很脆弱的,一碰就破。
人的罪来自于认为自己没有罪,只有别人有罪,这叫骄傲。
我们都恨坏人因为他们伤害我们,所以我们的心里有怨恨,不能原谅人。不原諒人也是一种罪。

“虚心的人有福了！因为天国是他们的。5:3 Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous–with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the poor in spirit (the humble, who rate themselves insignificant), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!5:4 哀恸的人有福了！因为他们必得安慰。5:4 Blessed and enviably happy [with a happiness produced by the experience of God's favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His matchless grace] are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted! [Isa. 61:2.]5:5 温柔的人有福了！因为他们必承受地土。5:5 Blessed (happy, blithesome, joyous, spiritually prosperous–with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the meek (the mild, patient, long-suffering), for they shall inherit the earth! [Ps. 37:11.]

5:6 饥渴慕义的人有福了！因为他们必得饱足。5:6 Blessed and fortunate and happy and spiritually prosperous (in that state in which the born-again child of God enjoys His favor and salvation) are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God), for they shall be completely satisfied! [Isa. 55:1, 2.]5:7 怜恤人的人有福了！因为他们必蒙怜恤。5:7 Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous–with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy!

5:8 清心的人有福了！因为他们必得见神。5:8 Blessed (happy, enviably fortunate, and spiritually prosperous–possessing the happiness produced by the experience of God's favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His grace, regardless of their outward conditions) are the pure in heart, for they shall see God! [Ps. 24:3, 4.]5:9 使人和睦的人有福了！因为他们必称为　神的儿子。5:9 Blessed (enjoying enviable happiness, spiritually prosperous–with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the makers and maintainers of peace, for they shall be called the sons of God!5:10 为义受逼迫的人有福了！因为天国是他们的。5:10 Blessed and happy and enviably fortunate and spiritually prosperous (in the state in which the born-again child of God enjoys and finds satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of his outward conditions) are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake (for being and doing right), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!

5:11 人若因我辱骂你们，逼迫你们，捏造各样坏话毁谤你们，你们就有福了！5:11 Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous–with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of your outward conditions) are you when people revile you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil things against you falsely on My account.5:12 应当欢喜快乐！因为你们在天上的赏赐是大的；在你们以前的先知，人也是这样逼迫他们。5:12 Be glad and supremely joyful, for your reward in heaven is great (strong and intense), for in this same way people persecuted the prophets who were before you. [II Chron. 36:16.]5:13 “你们是世上的盐。盐若失了味，怎能叫它再咸呢？以后无用，不过丢在外面，被人践踏了。5:13 You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste (its strength, its quality), how can its saltness be restored? It is not good for anything any longer but to be thrown out and trodden underfoot by men.

5:14 你们是世上的光。城造在山上，是不能隐藏的。5:14 You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.5:15 人点灯，不放在斗底下，是放在灯台上，就照亮一家的人。5:15 Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a peck measure, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house.5:16 你们的光也当这样照在人前，叫他们看见你们的好行为，便将荣耀归给你们在天上的父。5:16 Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven.

话贵精不贵多，言多必失，多言多败。宁静的力量可以传达至整个宇宙。三思后言，一针见血，一言击中，当头棒喝、直指人心，振振有词、字字珠玑、铿锵有力、掷地有声。一句适宜的话如金苹果在银网子里。认识自己而了解他人的心理。天生安静才能心细如尘，观察入微。魔鬼令到人（攻击我）看不起我，我就要令到魔鬼羞耻，我要用神的话来羞辱魔鬼。要爱人如己，以德报怨、以柔克刚、以退为进、以静制动（要有耐心）。

属血气的人不领会神圣灵的事，反倒以为愚拙，并且不能知道；因为这些事惟有属灵的人才能看透。2:14 But the natural, nonspiritual man does not accept or welcome or admit into his heart the gifts and teachings and revelations of the Spirit of God, for they are folly (meaningless nonsense) to him; and he is incapable of knowing them [of progressively recognizing, understanding, and becoming better acquainted with them] because they are spiritually discerned and estimated and appreciated.

2:15 属灵的人能看透万事，却没有一人能看透了他。2:15 But the spiritual man tries all things [he examines, investigates, inquires into, questions, and discerns all things], yet is himself to be put on trial and judged by no one [he can read the meaning of everything, but no one can properly discern or appraise or get an insight into him].2:16 谁曾知道主的心去教导他呢？但我们是有基督的心了。2:16 For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart. [Isa. 40:13.]（哥林多前书(1Corinthians)2:14）

门徒希奇他的话。耶稣又对他们说：“小子，倚靠钱财的人进神的国，是何等的难哪！10:24 And the disciples were amazed and bewildered and perplexed at His words. But Jesus said to them again, Children, how hard it is for those who trust (place their confidence, their sense of safety) in riches to enter the kingdom of God!10:25 骆驼穿过针的眼，比财主进神的国还容易呢？”10:25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.10:26 门徒就分外希奇，对他说：“这样谁能得救呢？”10:26 And they were shocked and exceedingly astonished, and said to Him and to one another, Then who can be saved?

10:27 耶稣看着他们，说：“在人是不能，在神却不然，因为神凡事都能。”10:27 Jesus glanced around at them and said, With men [it is] impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God.10:28 彼得就对他说：“看哪，我们已经撇下所有的跟从你了。”10:28 Peter started to say to Him, Behold, we have yielded up and abandoned everything [once and for all and joined You as Your disciples, siding with Your party] and accompanied You [walking the same road that You walk].10:29 耶稣说：“我实在告诉你们，人为我和福音撇下房屋，或是弟兄、姐妹、父母、儿女、田地，10:29 Jesus said, Truly I tell you, there is no one who has given up and left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands for My sake and for the Gospel's10:30 没有不在今世得百倍的，就是房屋、弟兄、姐妹、母亲、儿女、田地，并且要受逼迫，在来世必得永生。10:30 Who will not receive a hundred times as much now in this time–houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions–and in the age to come, eternal life.10:31 然而，有许多在前的，将要在后；在后的，将要在前。”10:31 But many [who are now] first will be last [then], and many [who are now] last will be first [then].（马可福音(Mark)10:24） 

忍受试探的人是有福的，因为他经过试验以后，必得生命的冠冕，这是主应许给那些爱他之人的。1:12 Blessed (happy, to be envied) is the man who is patient under trial and stands up under temptation, for when he has stood the test and been approved, he will receive [the victor's] crown of life which God has promised to those who love Him.1:13 人被试探，不可说：“我是被　神试探；”因为　神不能被恶试探，他也不试探人。1:13 Let no one say when he is tempted, I am tempted from God; for God is incapable of being tempted by [what is] evil and He Himself tempts no one.1:14 但各人被试探，乃是被自己的私欲牵引诱惑的。1:14 But every person is tempted when he is drawn away, enticed and baited by his own evil desire (lust, passions).1:15 私欲既怀了胎，就生出罪来；罪既长成，就生出死来。1:15 Then the evil desire, when it has conceived, gives birth to sin, and sin, when it is fully matured, brings forth death.（雅各书(James)1:12）

你要尽心、尽性、尽力爱耶和华你的神。6:5 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your [mind and] heart and with your entire being and with all your might.（申命记(Deuteronomy)6:5）
