重新得力 Power Regaining

那等候耶和华的，必从新得力；他们必如鹰展翅上腾，奔跑不困倦，行走不疲乏。40:31 Yet those who wait for the LORD Will gain new strength; They will mount up {with} wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.（以赛亚书(Isaiah)）

主虽使人忧愁，还要照他诸般的慈爱发怜悯。3:32 For if He causes grief, Then He will have compassion According to His abundant lovingkindness.3:33 因他并不甘心使人受苦，使人忧愁。3:33 For He does not afflict willingly Or grieve the sons of men.（耶利米哀歌(Lamentations)）

你当默然倚靠耶和华，耐性等候他。不要因那道路通达的和那恶谋成就的，心怀不平。37:7 Rest in the LORD and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who carries out wicked schemes.

当止住怒气，离弃忿怒；不要心怀不平，以致作恶。37:8 Cease from anger and forsake wrath; Do not fret; {it leads} only to evildoing.

因为作恶的，必被剪除；惟有等候耶和华的，必承受地土。37:9 For evildoers will be cut off, But those who wait for the LORD, they will inherit the land.

你当倚靠耶和华而行善，住在地上，以他的信实为粮。37:3 Trust in the LORD and do good; Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness.

又要以耶和华为乐，他就将你心里所求的赐给你。37:4 Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart.

当将你的事交托耶和华，并倚靠他，他就必成全。37:5 Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, and He will do it.

他要使你的公义，如光发出；使你的公平，明如正午。37:6 He will bring forth your righteousness as the light And your judgment as the noonday.（诗篇 Psalm）

耶和华有怜悯，有恩典，不轻易发怒，且有丰盛的慈爱。103:8 The LORD is compassionate and gracious, Slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness.103:9 他不长久责备，也不永远怀怒。103:9 He will not always strive {with us,} Nor will He keep {His anger} forever.

他没有按我们的罪过待我们，也没有照我们的罪孽报应我们。103:10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

天离地何等地高，他的慈爱向敬畏他的人，也是何等地大。103:11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, So great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him.103:12 东离西有多远，他叫我们的过犯，离我们也有多远。103:12 As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.

父亲怎样怜恤他的儿女，耶和华也怎样怜恤敬畏他的人。103:13 Just as a father has compassion on {his} children, So the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.

因为他知道我们的本体，思念我们不过是尘土。103:14 For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are {but} dust.103:15 至于世人，他的年日如草一样，他发旺如野地的花；103:15 As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.

经风一吹，便归无有，它的原处，也不再认识它。103:16 When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, And its place acknowledges it no longer.

但耶和华的慈爱，归于敬畏他的人，从亘古到永远；他的公义也归于子子孙孙。103:17 But the lovingkindness of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, And His righteousness to children's children,103:18 就是那些遵守他的约，记念他的训词而遵行的人。103:18 To those who keep His covenant And remember His precepts to do them.（诗篇(Psalm)）

力量

向神祷告，就可以支取力量和智慧，因为神就是爱、智慧、力量和光的源头。

敬畏耶和华，是智慧的开端；认识至圣者，便是聪明。9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.（箴言(Proverbs)） 

现在你们应当敬畏 耶和华，谨慎办事，因为耶和华我们的神没有不义，不偏待人，也不受贿赂。”19:7 "Now then let the fear of the LORD be upon you; be very careful what you do, for the LORD our God will have no part in unrighteousness or partiality or the taking of a bribe."（历代志下(2Chronicles)）

我将神的话藏在心里，免得我得罪神。119:11 Your (God's) word I have treasured in my heart, That I may not sin against You.（诗篇(Psalm)）

惟喜爱耶和华的律法，昼夜思想，这人便为有福。1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night.（诗篇(Psalm)）

神所差来的，就说神的话；因为神赐圣灵给他，是没有限量的。3:34 "For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for He gives the Spirit without measure.（约翰福音(John)）

敬畏耶和华心存谦卑，就得富有、尊荣、生命为赏赐。22:4 The reward of humility {and} the fear of the LORD Are riches, honor and life.（箴言(Proverbs)）

敬畏耶和华的，得着生命，他必恒久知足，不遭祸患。19:23 The fear of the LORD {leads} to life, So that one may sleep satisfied, untouched by evil.（箴言(Proverbs)）

行动正直的，敬畏耶和华；行事乖僻的，却藐视他。14:2 He who walks in his uprightness fears the LORD, But he who is devious in his ways despises Him.

愚妄人口中骄傲，如杖责打己身；智慧人的嘴，必保守自己。14:3 In the mouth of the foolish is a rod for {his} back, But the lips of the wise will protect them.（箴言(Proverbs)）

凡事都有定期，天下万务都有定时：3:1 There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven--

生有时，死有时；栽种有时，拔出所栽种的也有时；3:2 A time to give birth and a time to die; A time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted.

杀戮有时，医治有时；拆毁有时，建造有时；3:3 A time to kill and a time to heal; A time to tear down and a time to build up.

哭有时，笑有时；哀恸有时，跳舞有时；3:4 A time to weep and a time to laugh; A time to mourn and a time to dance.

这样看来，作事的人在他的劳碌上有什么益处呢？3:9 What profit is there to the worker from that in which he toils?

我见神叫世人劳苦，使他们在其中受经练。3:10 I have seen the task which God has given the sons of men with which to occupy themselves.

神造万物，各按其时成为美好；又将永生安置在世人心里(“永生”原文作“永远”)。然而神从始至终的作为，人不能参透。

3:11 He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart, yet so that man will not find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.（传道书(Ecclesiastes)）

修养

干不干扰要看你的修养到哪里！基督教是给人机会的宗教，不是逼人的宗教。

因为神给人自由意志，去选择要不要相信祂，这些是逼不来的。自由意志是神给我们最大的尊重。

如果我们不想去天国，祂不会逼我们的。地狱只为喜欢地狱的人而设。

遇到顺境就开心，逆境就发脾气，这不是成熟的态度，不是做人应该有的态度。

我们做人应该山不转路转，路不转心转，这样才会真正开心。做人的道理是以德报怨，以柔克刚，以德服人。

通常基督徒比较聪明，也比较谦虚，因为他们懂得寻求神，神是智慧的源头，他们知道神比他们聪明。

惟有那不知道的，作了当受责打的事，必少受责打；因为多给谁，就向谁多取；多托谁，就向谁多要。12:48 but the one who did not know {it,} and committed deeds worthy of a flogging, will receive but few. From everyone who has been given much, much will be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.（路加福音(Luke)）

爱情

等待别人付出倒不如自己付出，施比受更有福，懂得付出的人比较幸福，等待别人给幸福的人往往过得都不怎么幸福。

是我们不要神，不是神不要我们。人把钱看得越重要越被钱所困。

爱是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈；爱是不嫉妒；爱是不自夸，不张狂，13:4 Love is patient, love is kind {and} is not jealous; love does not brag {and} is not arrogant,13:5 

不作害羞的事，不求自己的益处，不轻易发怒，不计算人的恶，13:5 does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong {suffered,}13:6 

不喜欢不义，只喜欢真理；13:6 does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;13:7 

凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。13:7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.13:8 

爱是永不止息；先知讲道之能终必归于无有；说方言之能终必停止；知识也终必归于无有。13:8 Love never fails; but if {there are gifts of} prophecy, they will be done away; if {there are} tongues, they will cease; if {there is} knowledge, it will be done away.（哥林多前书(1Corinthians)）

你们得救是本乎恩，也因着信，这并不是出于自己，乃是　神所赐的；2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, {it is} the gift of God;2:9 也不是出于行为，免得有人自夸。2:9 not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.（以弗所书(Ephesian)）

通常基督徒比较聪明，也比较谦虚，因为他们懂得寻求神，神是智慧的源头。他们知道神比他们聪明。

肯定自己

首先必须认识自己，寻找自己，然后肯定自己。必须寻找问题的根源所在。情绪的问题是可以通过祷告解决的。

尝试明白，去了解、常常感恩、饥渴慕义的人必得饱足、怜恤人的必蒙怜恤、哀恸的人必得安慰。你们亲近神，神就亲近你们。疲乏的祂赐能力，软弱的祂加力量。

因上帝的灵居住在每个信徒身上，是能力、爱與自制力的源头。对于信靠主的人，上帝总是在一旁预备好要給他們带來勇气。

如果你累就休息吧！不要弄坏身子，伤害心灵。因为神说：你们要休息，要知道我是神；我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。46:10 "Cease {striving} and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."

万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的神是我们的避难所。46:11 The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah.（诗篇(Psalm)）

神把一切不可能变为可能。我靠着那加给我力量的，凡事都能作。4:13 I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.（腓立比书(Philippians)）

“在人是不能，在神却不然，因为神凡事都能。”10:27 Looking at them, Jesus *said, "With people it is impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God."（马可福音(Mark)）

不可离弃智慧，智慧就护卫你；要爱他，他就保守你。高举智慧，他就使你高升；怀抱智慧，他就使你尊荣。箴言(Proverbs)4:6 "Do not forsake her, and she will guard you; Love her, and she will watch over you.4:7 智慧为首；所以要得智慧，

在你一切所得之内，必得聪明(或作“用你一切所得的去换聪明”)。4:7 "The beginning of wisdom {is:} Acquire wisdom; And with all your acquiring, get understanding.4:8 高举智慧，他就使你高升；怀抱智慧，他就使你尊荣。4:8 "Prize her, and she will exalt you; She will honor you if you embrace her.4:9 他必将华冠加在你头上，把荣冕交给你。”4:9 "She will place on your head a garland of grace; She will present you with a crown of beauty."
