凡劳苦担重担的人，可以到我这里来，我就使你们得安息。11:28 "Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.11:29 我心里柔和谦卑，你们当负我的轭，学我的样式，这样，你们心里就必得享安息。11:29 "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS.11:30 因为我的轭是容易的，我的担子是轻省的。”11:30 "For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."（马太福音(Matthew)）
我们只管坦然无惧地来到施恩的宝座前，为要得怜恤，蒙恩惠，作随时的帮助。Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. （希伯来书(Hebrews)4:16）
应当一无挂虑，只要凡事藉着祷告、祈求和感谢，将你们所要的告诉神。4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.4:7 神所赐出人意外的平安，必在基督耶稣里保守你们的心怀意念。4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.（腓立比书(Philippians)）
你们不要忧愁，因靠耶和华而得的喜乐是你们的力量。8:10 Do not be grieved, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.（尼希米记(Nehemiah)凡等候耶和华，心里寻求他的，耶和华必施恩给他。3:25 The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, To the person who seeks Him.3:26
人仰望耶和华，静默等候他的救恩，这原是好的。3:26 {It is} good that he waits silently For the salvation of the LORD.（耶利米哀歌(Lamentations)）耶和华的眼目，看顾敬畏他的人和仰望他慈爱的人；Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, On those who hope for His lovingkindness, （诗篇(Psalm)33:18）
你们要尝尝主恩的滋味，便知道他是美善，投靠他的人有福了。34:8 O taste and see that the LORD is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!（诗篇(Psalm)34:8）当将你的事交托耶和华，并倚靠他，他就必成全。(诗篇37:4-5 和合本)Commit your way to the LORD ; trust in him, and he will act.(Psalms37:4-5 ESV)
那等候耶和华的，必从新得力；他们必如鹰展翅上腾，他们奔跑却不困倦，行走却不疲乏。Yet those who wait for the LORD Will gain new strength; They will mount up {with} wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.（以赛亚书(Isaiah)40:31）
你们亲近神，神就必亲近你们。4:8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.（雅各书(James)）你们得救在乎归回安息；你们得力在乎平静安稳(以赛亚书30:15 和合本) If you repented and patiently waited for me, you would be delivered; if you calmly trusted in me you would find strength,（Isaiah30:15 NET)
你们祈求，就给你们；寻找，就寻见；叩门，就给你们开门。7:7 "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.（马太福音(Matthew)）

因为他没有藐视憎恶受苦的人，也没有向他掩面；那受苦之人呼吁的时候，他就垂听。(诗篇22:24 和合本) For he did not despise or detest the suffering of the oppressed; he did not ignore him; when he cried out to him, he responded.(Psalms22:24 NET)
我靠着那加给我力量的，凡事都能作。（腓立比书4:13）I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.（Philippians4:13）在人是不能，在神却不然，因为神凡事都能。With people it is impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God.（马可福音(Mark)10:27）
凡自高的，必降为卑；自卑的，必升为高。Whoever exalts himself shall be humbled; and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted.（马太福音(Matthew)23:12）所以你们要自卑，服在神大能的手下，到了时候，他必叫你们升高。Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time （彼得前书(1Peter)5:6）
你们中间若有缺少智慧的，应当求那厚赐与众人、也不斥责人的神，主就必赐给他。1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.（雅各书(James)）因為神赐給我们，不是胆怯的心，乃是刚強、仁爱、谨守的心 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline.（2Timothy 提摩太後書）

我们行事为人是凭着信心，不是凭着眼见。5:7 for we walk by faith, not by sight--（哥林多后书(2Corinthians)）我们因基督所以在神面前才有这样的信心。3:4 Such confidence we have through Christ toward God.（哥林多后书(2Corinthians)）
凡是真实的，可敬的，公义的，清洁的，可爱的，有美名的；若有什么德行，若有什么称赞，这些事你们都要思念。4:8 Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.（腓立比书(Philippians)）
神将他的灵赐给我们，从此就知道我们是住在他里面，他也住在我们里面。4:13 By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.4:15 凡认耶稣为神儿子的，神就住在他里面，他也住在神里面。4:15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.（约翰一书(1John)）
神爱我们的心，我们也知道、也信。神就是爱，住在爱里面的，就是住在神里面，神也住在他里面。4:16 We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. 我的心哪！你为何忧闷？为何在我里面烦躁？应当仰望神，因我还要称赞他。他是我脸上的光荣(原文作“帮助”)，是我的神。Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God.。（诗篇(Psalm)42:11）
当将你的事交托耶和华，并倚靠他，他就必成全。（诗篇37:5）Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, and He will do it.（Psalm37:5）不要惧怕，因为我与你同在；不要四处张望，因为我是你的神，我必坚固你，我必帮助你；我必用公义的右手扶持你。（以赛亚书41:10）'Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'（Isaiah41:10）

你们是属神的，并且胜了他们，因为那在你们里面的，比那在世界上的更大。（约翰一书 4：4）You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.（1John4:4）
疲乏的，他赐能力；软弱的，他加力量。（赛 40：29）He gives strength to the weary, And to {him who} lacks might He increases power.（Isaiah40:29）
压伤的芦苇，他不折断；将熄灭的灯火，他不吹灭。他凭真实将公理传开。（以赛亚书42:3）"A bruised reed He will not break And a dimly burning wick He will not extinguish; He will faithfully bring forth justice.（Isaiah42:3）
因为我们的大祭司并不是不能同情我们的软弱，他像我们一样，也曾在各方面受过试探，只是他没有犯罪。（希伯来书4:15）For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as {we are, yet} without sin.（Hebrews4:15）
耶和华亲自在你前头行，与你同在；他决不撇下你，也不离弃你；你不要害怕，也不要惊慌。（申命记31:8）"The LORD is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed."（Deuteronomy31:8）
你们为人不要贪爱钱财，要以现在所有的为满足；因为神亲自说过：“我决不撇下你，也不离弃你。”所以我们可以放胆说：“主是帮助我的，我必不惧怕。人能把我怎么样呢？”（希伯来书13:5-6）{Make sure that} your character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, "I WILL NEVER DESERT YOU, NOR WILL I EVER FORSAKE YOU," so that we confidently say, "THE LORD IS MY HELPER, I WILL NOT BE AFRAID. WHAT WILL MAN DO TO ME?"（Hebrews13:5-6）
神就是爱，神爱我们，与我们同在，我们可以因此欢喜快乐。只要凭着信心求，一点不疑惑；因为那疑惑的人，就象海中的波浪，被风吹动翻腾。（雅各书1:6）But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind.（James1:6）
神能照着运行在我们里面的大能，充充足足地成就一切，超过我们所求所想的。(以弗所书3:20) Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us,（Ephesians3:20）
耶和华必为你们争战，你们只管静默，不要作声。 （出 14:14）"The LORD will fight for you while you keep silent."（Exodus14:14）
你若遇见困难，可以放胆求上帝的帮助，因为上帝亲口说：“在患难之日求告我，我必搭救你。”（诗五十：15）Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I shall rescue you, and you will honor Me."（Psalm50:15）
爱是凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。（哥林多前书13:7 ）bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.（1Corinthians13:7）在盼望中要喜乐，在患难中要坚忍，祷告要恒切。（罗马书12:12）rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer,（Romans12:12）
你当默然倚靠耶和华，耐性等候他。不要因那道路通达的和那恶谋成就的心怀不平。（诗 37：7）Rest in the LORD and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who carries out wicked schemes.（Psalm37:7）
天离地有多高，他的慈爱向敬畏他的人也有多大。东离西有多远，他使我们的过犯离我们也有多远。103:11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, So great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.（诗篇(Psalm)）
我的恩典是够你用的，因为我的能力在人的软弱上显得完全。所以，我更喜欢夸自己的软弱，好让基督的能力临到我的身上。（哥林多后书12:9 ）And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.（2Corinthians12:9）
你们所遇见的试探, 无非是人所能受的。神是信实的, 必不叫你们受試探過于所能受的。在受試探的時候, 总要給你們开一条出路, 叫你们能忍受得住。（哥林多前书 10:13 ）No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.（1Corinthians10:13）
我们因基督所以在神面前才有这样的信心，因我们行事为人，是凭着信心，不是凭着眼见。（哥林多后书 3：4，5：7）Such confidence we have through Christ toward God.（2Corinthians3:4）for we walk by faith, not by sight（2Corinthians5:7）
忘记背后，努力面前，向着标竿直跑，要得神在基督耶稣里从上面召我来得的奖赏。（腓立比书 3：13-14）Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of {it} yet; but one thing {I do:} forgetting what {lies} behind and reaching forward to what {lies} ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.（Philippians3:13，14）
不要怕，只要信！就必得救。（路 8：50）"Do not be afraid {any longer;} only believe, and she will be made well."（Luke8:50）
你们当刚强壮胆，不要害怕，也不要畏惧他们，因为耶和华你的神和你同去。他必不撇下你，也不丢弃你。（申 31：6）"Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble at them, for the LORD your God is the one who goes with you. He will not fail you or forsake you."（Deuteronomy31:6）
“你的信救了你，平平安安地回去吧！你的灾病痊愈了。”（可 5:34）And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace and be healed of your affliction."（Mark5:34）
当用各样的智慧，把基督的道理，丰丰富富的存在心里，用诗章，颂词，灵歌，彼此教导，互相劝戒，心被恩感歌颂神。(西3：16)Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms {and} hymns {and} spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.（Colossians3:16）
