安慰自己/别人 Comforting others

幸福不是必然的，认识到这一点可以让我们更加感恩。我们必须知道我们现在所拥有的一切都是神给的，就算是痛苦也是为了我们好，使我们以后更加坚强，更加珍惜目前所拥有的一切，还可以去帮助和我们一样的人。

亲爱的弟兄啊，有火炼的试验临到你们，不要以为奇怪（似乎是遭遇非常的事），4:12 Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you, which comes upon you for your testing, as though some strange thing were happening to you;4:13 倒要欢喜，因为你们是与基督一同受苦，使你们在他荣耀显现的时候，也可以欢喜快乐。4:13 but to the degree that you share the sufferings of Christ, keep on rejoicing, so that also at the revelation of His glory you may rejoice with exultation.4:14 你们若为基督的名受辱骂，便是有福的，因为神荣耀的灵常住在你们身上。4:14 If you are reviled for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. （彼得前书(1Peter)）

我们晓得万事都互相效力，叫爱神的人得益处，就是按他旨意被召的人。8:28 And we know that(One early ms reads all things work together for good) God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. （罗马书(Romans)）

我们在一切患难中，他就安慰我们，叫我们能用神所赐的安慰去安慰那遭各样患难的人。1:4 who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.1:5 我们既多受基督的苦楚，就靠基督多得安慰。1:5 For just as the sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance, so also our comfort is abundant through Christ.1:6 我们受患难呢，是为叫你们得安慰，得拯救；我们得安慰呢，也是为叫你们得安慰。这安慰能叫你们忍受我们所受的那样苦楚。1:6 But if we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation; or if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which is effective in the patient enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer; （哥林多后书(2Corinthians)）

做人越简单越好，简单的人最快乐。无欲无求不只是因为已经拥有，更甚的是懂得珍惜和感恩，福气自然源源而来。人不能要求太多，人的欲望越强空虚感就会越大，因为欲求不满，有了这个就想要那个，没完没了，这叫贪心。每个人的心里都有个缺口，只有神才能填满。

当然人也不能没有要求，要不然就不会进步，要求在哪里是一个关键，只要是有建设性的都应该受到鼓励，对自己的能力有要求还可以帮到别人。

只有被爱的人才懂得如何去爱人，基督教是强调爱的宗教，它推崇爱人如己。能够爱别人好像爱自己的人会站在别人的立场着想，看到别人开心自己也高兴。

伤害别人的人是最不快乐的人，只有不快乐的人才会伤害人，因为他自己不如意也不希望别人快乐。妒忌别人的人也不快乐，因为他认为别人不应该比他好，只有他才应该过得好，这是自私的想法。

像那不可奸淫，不可杀人，不可偷盗，不可贪婪，或有别的诫命，都包在“爱人如己”这一句话之内了。13:9 For this, “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”（罗马书(Romans)）因为全律法都包在“爱人如己”这一句话之内了。5:14 For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”（加拉太书(Galatians)）
