受苦有什么意义？是不是只为了让我们变坚强？为什么要坚强？其实神要我们产生同理心，有能力去帮助和我们一样遭遇的人，好荣耀祂，要我们越来越象耶稣，拯救灵魂，扩展神的国度。
神要塑造我们高尚的品格，好让我们荣神益人，成为世上的盐，在世界发光发热。对神有单纯的信心就是有小孩子的心。
The purpose of suffering of ourselves is not only to make us strong and help others who have the same experience with us but to glorify God and to expand His kingdom too. The pure confidence in Lord is the same with the heart of children.
背起十字架跟从神
「耶稣对门徒说：“若有人要跟从我，就当舍己，背起他的十字架，来跟从我。16:24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me.（马太福音(Matthew)）」
「我们晓得万事都互相效力，叫爱神的人得益处，就是按他旨意被召的人。8:28 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to {His} purpose.（罗马书(Romans)）」
好行为
「你们的光也当这样照在人前，叫他们看见你们的好行为，便将荣耀归给你们在天上的父。5:16 "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.（马太福音(Matthew)）」
「我实在告诉你们，你们若不回转，变成小孩子的样式，断不得进天国。18:3 and said, "Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.18:4 所以，凡自己谦卑象这小孩子的，他在天国里就是最大的。18:4 "Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.（

爱人如己

不要忧愁

看不到自己眼中的梁木

不放弃

种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆

忘记过去，展望未来

圣灵的果子

属灵的战争，运用真理
我们争战的兵器，本不是属血气的，乃是在神面前有能力，可以攻破坚固的营垒，10:4 for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.（哥林多后书(2Corinthians)）
所以，要拿起神所赐的全副军装，好在磨难的日子抵挡仇敌，并且成就了一切，还能站立得住。6:13 Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm.6:14 所以要站稳了，用真理当作带子束腰，用公义当作护心镜遮胸，6:14 Stand firm therefore, HAVING GIRDED YOUR LOINS WITH TRUTH, and HAVING PUT ON THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS,6:15 又用平安的福音当作预备走路的鞋穿在脚上。6:15 and having shod YOUR FEET WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE;
